Everything was fine, but only very cold in the restaurant where we had breakfast and there I saw only Chinese food and no good sweets and coffee. Thanks for presents

Great location. Stayed in about 10+ different hotels in Ningbo area and this one is decent. Rooms are big. You can get plenty of bottled waters from the cleaning cart. The breakfast buffet has plenty of varieties! Probably around 30+ different choices. Congee and wonton soup. Coffee and juice.

The hotel location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is welcoming, specially Zhou. Perfect hotel, the room was clean and spacious. We had a mold smell in the first room and they changed it immediately. The view is perfect, beautiful area around the hotel. I recommend it

Great hotel with great staff. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The front desk staff is very unprfoessional. They dont have any english speaker and that create a lot of troubles for us. We showed them our booking and ye they spend 40 minutes to varify that. Irony is they give us the key of the room which was already occupied. That weas the worst embarrassment we have when we enter a room where a couple was sleeping. Later on, they change the room which was so bad as follow. - Not insulated at all. The noise can go out easily and you cannot enjoy freely. - The AC was **** and not cooling at all as it was centralized. - The internet was the slowest and you have to connect every 15 minutes. _ We requested for smoke free room area, yet they give us the room which was too smelly, and you can see cigarettes remains here and there. - At the front entrance gate, a lot of useless people stand every time, and they are gossiping around and checking/staring everyone entering the hotel. Overall, I would never recommend such a garbage for this amount of money they are getting.

Great Reception Team and Nice Hotel with Big Rooms

Very clean, best location, delicious breakfast, highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious, but the hotel needs renovation. All in all, a night with two breakfasts for 80 usd is quite ok.

We went there as a family, We liked it, the room was nice, and the place is conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable , the rooms are clean and the environment is peaceful , I would also like to thank one of the staff members miss rui , she helped me on my stay , she added my WeChat for a better communication, definitely I highly recommend this hotel and of course I would be back soon!!!!
