Ibis Hotel (Ningbo Tianyi Square - Gulou Subway Station) anmeldelser

Location very near Gulou Metro Line 2 and easy access from the airport. Hotel just outside Exit A just beside ATOUR Hotel, surrounded by restaurants and very near underground shopping area and Drum Tower shopping street. Room is clean and comfortable but the breakfast is very plain and simple not worth to pay additional 20RMB for it. Will stay again here on my next visit

Centralised and within walking distance to Drum Tower and TianYi Square, lots of sumptuous & reasonably priced eateries nearby, 24-hour mini-mart next to the hotel. The only downside is they no longer have people doing laundry for you, it's self-service at their mini laundry room at level 1.

Hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from Tianyi Square and many other attractions. The staff was very helpful, especially the women, who were really caring and helpful to help a foreigner who do not speak Chinese. The hotel deserve a renovation, a good painting and floor work, as it is not a par in relation to other Ibis in the country.

Old but very clean easy to access to Tianyi square

The hotel is very old. There’s was a bad smell all over the place. The furniture, carpet and other things are very old, dirty, and filthy. After we checked in we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. We tried to contact the front desk but no one picked up. We complained about the situation but the hotel refused to investigate the case. I used to stay in Ibis as they always provided the great service but after this stay I’ll never choose this chain. Shame of you. Never stay at this hotel, it’s awful overall!

The staff are friendly and with great support. The front desk helped me to upgrade my room. Really appreciated their kindness and warm hospitality. The location is very convenient. The room is clean, well equipped and quiet. I will recommend friends and family to stay here either for business trip or holiday

Great all round

The lift of the hotel is a bit old and has a smell of smoke. The rooms are ok.

Great location. 2 minutes from Guyou mrt station, line to the airport, centre of the city! I’m a regular Ibis stayer, & this Ibis reflects the Ibis standards of clean & comfortable accommodation.

It's a great place to stay in Ningbo! It is very close to the city centre!

DON'T have standard of IBIS. Very close to Gulao station on Line 2. Exit from gate A. Hotel is 3 mins walk away. Location is excellent. Rooms are small. Receptionist was helpful over phone and in person as well. Will recommend for maximum 2 days stay here.

I would like to give better rating. But building photos is the hotel. Entry is at back of the building. I don’t see the lobby like the pho. Breakfast food is ok but room is very small 。

Have to request for non smoking room otherwise is heavy smoke smell in room . Bed and toilet are clean. Very near to Tianyi square

Hotel was clean and easy to find. Easy booking and a nice breakfast.
