Wild Planet Jungle Resort

This was our first visit to this place and definitely will love to visit again. Though we stayed for a very short period but enjoyed to the fullest. The place is amazing starting from the drive towards property to the beautifully designed cottages. The promptness of the staff, service & food was really commendable. All the activities were properly managed. Used harness for activities were also neat & clean. Definitely a place to visit.

We stayed in Hill top cottage of Wild Planet resort, in March 2025, for 2 days/nights. As per our expectation the resort is in the middle of lush green tea estate and forest. The last 3kms of the road to the resort is dirt track and little tricky to navigate. We need to be careful and SUVs are better suited to travel on this type of road. Upon arrival, manager Mr. Ashok briefed us about the property and took care of us. He was courteous and prompt. Room is well maintained, neat and clean, though we felt the need for a separate changing area in the room. One important info is there is no Wi-Fi or phone network in the rooms. Though sometimes we may get weak signal phone network. Wi-Fi is available in the reception area. Food was very tasty and main chef Mr. Gopalakrishnan was very caring and humble. He obliged to all our requests for particular dishes. Food variety was also good. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep us busy in the resort. Zipline is fairly adventurous. All in all it was a very nice, relaxing and value for money trip We are happy of revisit Wildplanet Nilgiris, in future. Dr. Chandrakanth K S Bangalore

Nestled deep within the rainforest, this hidden gem offers the perfect blend of luxury and wilderness. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch — warm, courteous guide Ashok Fernandes who made sure every detail was taken care of. The cottages are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning views of the surrounding greenery. Waking up to the sound of birds and the mist rolling through the hills is something I'll never forget. The food was excellent — a great mix of local and international cuisine, fresh and flavorful. We loved the guided nature walks, kayaking, zip-lining, and spotting wildlife right from the property. It’s the ideal spot for families, couples, or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat away from the chaos of the city. If you're looking for tranquility, adventure, and raw natural beauty, Wild Planet is the place to be. Highly recommended!

An Amazing Stay Amidst Nature! We stayed for 2 nights in the Luxury Pavilion Room (406), and it was a truly memorable experience. The location is incredible — right in the heart of the jungle — and our children absolutely loved it. The food was top-notch, and the arrangements by the staff were excellent. Their hospitality really made our stay special. It’s definitely worth visiting with family for a unique and refreshing escape. Just a small tip: be cautious of the monkeys around — they’re curious little visitors!

Amazing resort, location, activities, hospitality, food etc. Not even a single drawback, worth it. Subeesh our guest relationship manager coordinated well from start to end and made sure we enjoyed our stay.
