The hotel was nicr and clean. it's close to the train station and bus stop. we got free breakfast everyday.

The hotel has a very good location for travellers / it is located very near JR Nikko Stationstation as well as near the bus station and Tobu Nikko Station. It's in the walking distance from the UNESCO heritage sites.

Good for solo travellers, near to station and good service, and free breakfast!

Everything was perfect! Room was ultra comfortable and staff was very friendly. It is located very near to the train station - this is amazing. The only thing is that wifi doesn't work so well.

Short walk from station. Very helpful staff. English spoken. Will store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room was clean and comfortable. A noise of machinery (perhaps the lift or the heating system??) could be irritating for light sleepers. Free breakfast (bread, egg, salad, juice, coffee) was good. Supermarket close by (microwave on hotel) or a selection of restaurants. We visited in early April and there was still snow on the ground at the lake and waterfalls -- dress accordingly!

Friendly staff. Reason Price. Close to supermarket (less than 4 minutes walk). The breakfast was a little bit small in portion (the reason was mentioned on the notice posted on the entrance)

Location is great - short walk from Nikko Tobu station. Complimentary breakfast is simple and decent. A short walk away there is a very good Izakaya with Nikko sake

Excellent service, we were lost and called the hotel for directions, and the staff actually came to the station to meet us, so sweet of him. Complimentary breakfast was good and filling for us to start our sightseeing journey. Location conveniently located within 5-10mins from Nikko Tobu station and supermarket. Will be again next year for sure.

Very short walk from Tobu Nikko station, staff was very helpful, vending machine inside, basic essentials are all provided by the hotel, was a very comfortable stay. During my stay in autumn, the A/C was set to the heater after 7pm so we had to open a crack in the window for cool air. Overall amazing experience.
