還有哪裡有像天堂，你花園一般的酒店？四周都是綠色的田野，安靜且温馨，沒有任何一點嘈雜聲，讓人身心簡直無比放鬆，衹想大口呼吸新鮮的空氣。酒店位於花園森林中，早餐的環境在鮮花美景中即使你一夜未眠看到這樣的環境也會頓失睏意。我從此設立了我自己的一個小小的夢想，就是擁有一處類似的環境餐廳。房間有暖氣，都是歐洲統一的標準大小，就是小，沒有中國和美國的房間大，但是很乾凈整潔衞生。距離科隆機場開車15分鐘，是出發的必須之地，我強烈推薦，一定不會讓你失望。穿戴整齊，周邊隨處都是身影打卡的天堂，衹要你遇到晴天，隨便按下快門都是美好的pic。

I had what was classed as a basic room however I wish all basic rooms were this comfortable. It was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The desk was large and equipped with nearby power. The WiFi was excellent in the room and throughout the complex. The bathroom was the highlight. Large Bath, great water pressure and good hot water temperature. Room also had an Nespresso machine and provided two capsules per day. Free bottle water. Nice outlook onto grounds (Room 104). I really enjoyed my stay here

Artur and Jennifer on the front desk were amazing and couldn't do enough for my weary soul. The rest of the stay was a litany of bad service, bad food and even worse attitude. I would recommend a complete overhaul of the staffing structure with training in customer service appropriate to a 4* establishment. They are nowhere near a 4* for me.such a shame, ruined my stay.

Clostermanns Hof is situated on the edge of an 18 holes Golf Course. It is beautifully furnished, with attention to detail in a romantic "English" style. The beds are good and there are 2 comfortable chairs and a table (I wish every hotel had this!) There is a good size flat screen T.V. and a mini bar. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower in the bath, not separate. This could perhaps be a little difficult for elderly people. There is no aircondition so it can be warm at night in the summer time.There are ventilators. Breakfast is also very good, with enough choice and there is delicious freshly cut fruit! The staff are friendly, helpful and obviously well eductated/qualified.....no summer job students. there is nice outside seating area in the courtyard and also in the large garden. There is plenty of free parking space. The town of Niederkassel itself does not have much to offer. Exept for a location on the Rhein and a good Italian Ristorante. It is however an execellent location from which to visit the city's, Köln (Cologne) and Bonn. Also the charming little towns on either side of the Rhein, such as Linz, Unkel, Erpel, Andernach, Bad Hönningen and Bad Breisig are worth paying a visit. A car is neccesary when staying in this hotel, unless you only want to play golf! Also it is a good location for bike tours, on reasonably flat roads along the Rhein. We have stayed in this hotel twice and will certainly come back again!

We stayed for 2 nights to visit the Christmas market (Weihnachtsmarkt) at Bonn and Cologne. Perfect distance to both cities. Going there, signs to the hotel are not very visible. At night it was impossible to find the hotel without Google Maps. Check in time is supposed to be at 15.00 but we already had our key around 13.30. We were given a spacious room on the second floor facing the parking area and big container bins. No airco, only a tower fan hidden in the big wardrobe. There were 2 windows with heater underneath. In the morning when we opened the windows, we could hear lovely sound of birds chirping outside. The room had big LCD TV with German channels and BBC. No waterheater. Beds were soft and comfy with two big soft pillows and one little one. Comforter was warm enough in the winter. While the room has no odor at all, the bathroom is a different story. The shower/bathtub smells of damp, also has black spots on the wall. Water pressure in the shower could use great improvement. Breakfast is served from 7.00 until 10.00 (weekends) with many varieties of bread, meat, cheese, and fruit. The sausages that go with eggs and bacon were very delicious. Coffee is served by the waitress with medium coffeepot left on the table. Tea drinking is self-service with great selections of tea. Little teapots for hot water are nearby. The waitress gladly brought us hot water when we forgot. Although the hotel folder stated Wi-Fi connection is 1 euro per code/gadget, when we checked out, there was no extra charge for Wi-Fi. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

I booked a simple confort room for one night. The room is very spacious and clean, i asked for a double bed and we got it but unfortunately they juste put two single beds next to each others. We had two different sheets and that was kinda weird but it is a detail. We have always been very well welcomed with a smile, and the place is very cozy and cute. The only thing that i didn't really appreciate is that the housekeeping did nock at least 4 times in our room in the morning from 10am until 11:30am. To see if we already left the room or not, when they should have the information from the reception if we did or check-out or not. The 3 first times it was alright we didn't mind that much, but the last time i guess it was the governess she actually came, opened the door and screamed at us in german. I felt very attacked and invaded by here attitude. It was 11:30 but we have been told we could stay until 12 if needed. Unless this displeasure i do recommande this hotel. Chloë Michiels

Hotel met vergane glorie ! Omgeving-ligging ok, echter hotel is van binnen verbruikt. Vloerbedekking trap versleten, kamers zijn verbruikt en geen airco ! In de vroege ochtend mega lawaai qua muziek. Verder een ontbijt van € 23,- per persoon vind ik knap aan de prijs.

We hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen. Het is een ruim schoon hotel. Het was een stukje lopen naar restaurant. De kamer lag op een hoek, waardoor en 2 ramen zaten, en veel lichtinval. het had een ruime badkamer, douche in het bad, gelijk naast het toilet.
