The service, cleanliness and balance quality/price was perfect. Only the walls are too thin and you can hear everything.

酒店位置離尼斯城火車站不遠，出站後走着去就可以。離尼斯老城，天使灣海邊，英國人漫步大道都不遠，走走逛逛就到了。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。

櫃檯小姐的親切友善，讓我在入住期間時擁有了好心情，位置在離火車站很近5分鐘步程的距離，尼斯其他景點也可步行的到，很方便搭車轉移去蔚藍海岸附近其他地名景點，唯一可惜的是水溫，不夠熱太溫了，無法拉升體溫到暖呼呼

Prestations de qualité, tout a été parfait

I stayed two nights at this hotel. The main reason for choosing it was its proximity to the City’s main railway station - a five minute walk away. The sea is 15 minutes going the opposite direction. The Nicetoile shopping mall is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel room was large, air conditioned, with French windows that opened, with views of the street below and neighboring buildings. The TV had a couple of English language channels. Adjacent areas had Mozart named buildings, stores, and an institute. Probably why the hotel is named Aria! No information on this was apparent. The hotel is very basic with housekeeping service much to be desired. Soap bottles were not refilled and neither were bath towels or coffee pods for the coffee machine. Used ceramic cups were not replaced with clean ones. Breakfast was extra and we did not buy it. The room was spacious and twin beds were provided as requested. The elevator in this six storied building can accommodate just two adults. If you have a suitcase, then only one person can be ferried at a time. It is also a very old fashioned equipment with two doors - one for the machine, one for the floor. It worked fine. The wide spiral staircase was attractive but given the high ceiling of each floor, the walk up and down were long. I booked it through HotelSlash only a few days before my arrival. It was expensive - over 200 US dollars a night paying the local city taxes - per person per night - at departure.

The hotel is in a great location, being close to both the main train station, the tram stop for the airport (Jean-Medicin) and a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the Promenade. We managed to get into our room early when we arrived which was much appreciated and check-in/check-out were both really smooth. We had breakfast there one of our mornings (we like to try local places when we travel), it was decent quality with all the usual continental offerings, 15euro pp. The room was clean, some of the furnishings are looking slightly tired but it didn’t really bother me, and our view was the bins, but again it wasn’t an issue as we were really only sleeping there. The beds were ok. There were no drawers which I found a bit strange? The power on the hairdryer isn’t great if you have hair any longer than your shoulders so bring your own! We were able to store luggage on our last day and reception kindly printed my boarding passes for me which was really helpful. The area around the hotel has a nice vibe and of course Nice is a fantastic place to explore. If I was returning I think I would probably prefer to stay slightly closer to the Old Town, purely because that’s where we spent most of our evenings, but you really can’t go wrong here if you want a good base!

Simple but clean and nice hotel in a good location. Sufficient for a stay of a few days. Nice receptionists.

Booked this hotel after a long day where my flight got canceled. Russel, the hotel manager, made me feel right at home and helped with suggestions on what to eat around and gave me an introduction to the hotels services / offers. Would definitely come here again.

Great hotel for staying located in 10 min from the beach, offering good breakfast with different types of leaf tea. Would be great to improve cleaning of the rooms and add a dryer for clothes to be able to dry clothes after the beach.

Wonderful location close to train station as well as Tram stop on the 2 line which runs from the airport to the port Walking distance to the Promenade. The rooms are clean and well attended to yet dated with worn drapes The staff are friendly and attentive

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. It was quiet. The hotel is located close to the center.

Friendly service, good breakfast, good location with 10 minutes walk to more busy streets. Nice artsy decor.

The English manager was exceptionally kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Traveling with our 18-month-old baby, he graciously allowed us to use the restaurant breakfast area which made dining much easier in an environment not always easy when travelling with young children. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfectly situated. For a delightful dining experience, the Antatica downstairs serves superb homemade French cuisine.
