酒店可圈可點，環境服務和設施都很不錯。非常推薦的還有酒店早餐，酒店自烤的新鮮麪包，酸奶，鮮榨果汁。非常推薦。

酒店就在尼斯老城裡麪，逛老城很方便。 早餐要快50歐一個人，比較貴。如果不買酒店早餐也可以到尼斯老城裡找餐廳吃，一般外面餐廳早餐在15歐左右。 酒店比較素雅，整體符合5星水平。

服務到位 很新很有南法感覺

酒店環境沒話説，院子大還有免費的室內spa，古老的建築現代的設施，值得一去

Stunning property. Easy to find. Nice has dated hotels and varying styles. This hotel in my opinion is the best hotel in Nice now. The decor is beautiful and in keeping with the history and heritage of the building. It was an honour to walk and stay where such history lived. The rooms are simple but pretty. No TV’s are welcomed and the beds are comfortable. I stayed for one night and enjoyed my experience. It’s a new hotel and it shows with the staff. I am fortunate enough to have stayed in hotels like Cap Estel and Claridges where service is effortless and discreet. At this hotel the service is clumsy. As I was only staying for one night , I was more relaxed but I sense if I stayed longer the service would be a frustration. My arrival experience was poor. I was welcomed and offered a drink. When I asked for a cappuccino I was advised on arrival only drinks from the kitchen are provided. So an Americano or espresso only. Given it’s a 5 star there shouldn’t have even been a discussion. For a guest , a hotel should be able to manage a cappuccino. (Incidentally after check in , I walked 20 M and paid for a cappuccino) All the check in staff were busy which was fine and the staff apologised for keeping me waiting. The hotel uses what’s app to help communicate with guests. On the whole this worked reasonably well. For some reason it took 3 hours for my suitcase to be delivered to my room. I chased twice on what’s app. Eventually it arrived with no apology or reason for the significant delay. The hotel attracts a lot of visitors who seemingly wander around taking pictures. There were a few times this annoyed me as the reason for staying is privacy. Point to note. The floors in the main building are wooden so if you are on a lower floor as I was you hear guests walking and moving around above. Therefore I suggest a higher floor. The hotel is beautiful, the history of the hotel is beautiful. Hopefully over time the right staff will fall into place and the service will improve. At the moment it seems confused rather than effortless. I would return again

Nice has always had a problem of overpriced, low quality, poor service hotels - when you walk through Promenade des Anglais you can count a dozen of them. Therefore we were excited when a new Luxury Collection opened at the riviera. Although our stay was in a bit colder period (end of December), we enjoyed it greatly. As a platinum elite we received a complimentary upgrade to a wonderful suite what was very much appreciated. All staff at the hotel was friendly and warm. I love the fact there is no TV in the room, guests can entertain themselves with a nice collection of interesting books (one suggestion - it would be great to have something in English and not just French). A la carte breakfast was wonderful, definitely a better option than buffet. We will be surely coming back and looking forward to try the pool and the gym.
