The only thing good about this place is the location… paper thin walls so you hear your neighbors doing everything, the worst part is while I had the do not disturb sign on one one of the employees opened my door without knocking or any warning. I had just come out of the shower and was getting changed, I went up to the concierge to let them know what had happened and the manager of course was in a “meeting” but was told that I would receive a call right after she was done. Of coarse never received any call. If you care about privacy and sleep and not book this place

Cleanliness is sad state for this ideal location.shower filthy, mattress fainted blood stains,carpets stains are so nasty,front windows curtain room 140 few rips in it,Front desk lady had attitude with a few check in Guests. Wall repair

Where to start. We reserved 3 rooms for our stay. We found the mattress in our room was comfortable. The sofa bed in one room was broken. Other than that the room was terrible. None of the rooms had enough lighting - we had to keep the curtains open to see. There are no shelves/storage areas in the bathroom. We had to keep our toiletry bag in another room. The pillows!! We had two queen beds so each bed had 4 pillows. If they put all of the bed pillows together that might make one decent pillow. Towels - 3 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels per room and they were very small, thin and worn. One of the rooms we had was for 5 people and the other was for 4 - certainly not enough towels for families. Check in was at 4 we were able to get our room at 3 but the last room wasn’t available until after 4. The women working the front desk were very rude. The pool was overpowering with chlorine so we were not able to be in the pool without our eyes and nose burning. Plus for hotel - location was good for families with kids, on-site parking was decent. Other than that hotel was very disappointing

The cleanliness of our room was horrendous! There was a huge patch of black mould on the wall that the staff had conveniently tried to hide by placing a table lamp in front of it and the mould had actually spread to the lampshade. This in and of itself is a huge health and safety concern! The only chair in the room was ripped and cracked with the stuffing poking through, the drapes in the second bedroom had holes in them and there was flaking paint on the wall. When we voiced our concerns to the front desk, they asked us to email the photos that we had taken to guest services and they would be forwarded to the general manager. Two emails and a follow up later, we have heard nothing. This was our daughter’s first stay in a hotel, and the experience was horrible for her as well as us. The only reason I gave one star was because of location. Find somewhere else to stay, this hotel is toxic!

We had a really positive experience in our lovely partial falls view room. Bathroom was clean, room was fresh with clean linen and reception staff were friendly and helpful. We did pay for parking but it was convenient, monitored and felt safe.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked the Groupon offer. Room was upgraded to 7th floor which was real nice. Spacious room, nice bathroom and everything we needed which included fridge, microwave, coffee, etc. The customer service is amazing and KOS was a true gem. Thanks for the wonderful stay

We got in early on Sunday and we were asked if we wanted to move into an indoor room as we were traveling with 2 young children. We came to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday. Sabrina at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The manager Tonya was a blessing and were so thankful for her. Our room was perfect for us as we could see the fireworks from the room which made it very convenient. Great view of Clifton hills from our room. All the stuff we bumped into on our trip were very friendly. Such great experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you all!!

The bathroom had mold on the floor in the shower. The jacuzzi tub had paint chiping off of it. The tiles were Cracked and falling apart and also had some missing. The room smelled of mold. The A/C was in a makeshift closet and the air really never got to the bed area. The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Within walking distance of the falls and attractions. Otherwise I wpuld of gave it a 1 star.

It was our first stay in this hotel. Very nice clean hotel, close to all attractions. Excellent breakfast. Staff is very cooperative. Happy people
