For the convenience of guests, this private unit has its own kitchen complete with microwave, stove, fridge, sink and comes completely outfitted with pots and pans. As an additional bonus, the hosts provide the basic food items for breakfast including jam, butter, peanut butter, hot and cold cereal, coffee, teas , cream , snacks . INTERIOR The bright interior of the Lavender Suite is tastefully decorated with modern decor and furnishings. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the private suite, including comfortable cozy bedrooms with queen beds,fully equipped kitchen,living area, and private bathroom,driveway parking for 2 vehicles,high-speed WiFi, and smart TV are included. Private fenced in backyard with garden furniture to relax and BBQ. The space is self-contained with a private entrance for your convenience. Other things to note Abby's Hideaway is adjacent to a walking trail and guests can also quickly access Bus and Train Stations from our location . The Lavender suite is just steps from River Road . The Falls , Casino Niagara , Clifton Hill and many other attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk along the adjacent walking trail. Bedroom & Pricing Details: The base rate includes access to 2 bedrooms and rest of the house and covers up to 4 guests. The third bedroom will be opened only for groups of 5 or 6 guests, or by special request. An additional fee per extra guest will apply per each night. This setup helps us keep the space cozy and fairly priced for smaller groups. **Pet Policy**: We welcome well-behaved pets at our Airbnb! To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we charge a flat pet fee of $60per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep our space pet-friendly.
