On the positive side our room although compact was spotlessly clean. The area it is in looks one of the better neighbourhoods in the city and ample parking was available. However, our room was literally 1 foot away from the cooker in the kitchen and we could hear everything happening in the kitchen area. As for calling it a B&B that is a real stretch from what most people would expect. Breakfast consisted of little more than bananas, apples and a few cereal pots. Plus you were expected to wash up your own dishes! Much more like shared rooms in an AirBnB as opposed to a proper B&B.

The best Bed and Breakfast in the area. This is a nice gem around Niagara Falls. The room is super clean. Very nice and neat living room. Kitchen was stocked with food. It's close to state parks. The price is very reasonable.
