Hotel was more of a motel not very clean. Everything very old. Shower was falling apart

I stayed at the sure stay for originally one night and ended up being 5 days. The place was fantastic.! Sanreeta the proprietor was amazing. Her hospitality went way beyond your expectations! Rooms are meticulously clean ,not to mention the decor is so cute, Breakfast is served in the morning,buffet style was excellent. Cereal,coffee ,juice ,tea , yogurt,fruit,muffins, in addition to breakfast is available. The place is so clean. Washer and dryer are also are available for guests. The rooms are clean ,soft comforters and pillows. I slept so good. I could go on and on. I would recommend the SureStay 💯. I really don't write reviews but I felt I should because it is way beyond expectations! If I could give 10 stars I would !

Even I did online express checked in, however, when I arrived in the hotel, the front desk staff seemed not good at his work. Maybe he is new staff still on training, but no one was there helping him. The room assigned to me has a long hall way, basically it was useless to have a long hall way, what a waste. Clothing closet is beside to bed, there is no way for me walk into the closet for hanging up my clothes. Small bathroom, internet was so slow, bathroom was not that clean. Breakfast is far away from my expectation, etc. a lots of issues. Bad stay.

My almost 2 month stay here was so outstanding the staff was so marvelous to me I am a 65 year old single woman who has special needs and in a wheelchair and they all went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed and if I needed help, I can’t even express my gratitude for all they did for me. And the manager sangeeta was super loving and supportive and did everything she could to make sure that I had everything. I truly love and appreciate all the love and kindness and support that they all gave me was wonderful. And the room was so clean you could eat off the floor seriously they were immaculate. So my final thought would be just thank you all so much for being my little angels I truly love you all ❤️

ENJOYED THE INTERNET AND BREAKFAST THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT AND IT'S CLOSE TO THE MALL CONVENTION CENTER THE ****** THE INDIAN RESERVATION AND TO GO SIGHT SEEING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND DEFINITELY WOULD COME BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The hotel and room are well kept. Everyone was nice. Our room was smaller than I expected but it was clean, bed was comfortable, refrigerator worked well and was midsize. Our only dislike was the air conditioner didn’t stay at a constant temperature. Breakfast was the usual hot breakfast foods, juices, coffee and cereal.

Wonderful place. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Love that breakfast is included! Fridge and microwave in the rooms perfect for leftovers or chilling beverages. Hair dryer with shampoo and conditioner available in the washroom if you have forgotten yours.
