Hotel is very dirty and old. The bed sheet, pillow cases and floor rug are old and dirty. Reception check in service is horrible. The lobby toilet is smelly and dirty. Starbucks in the lobby is not open at all. Bad experience. Nothing is good. Location is acceptable but still a long walk to the Fall.

The elevator kept on stopping in the first floor but wouldn't open. After three times we got off and walked downstairs. The overall appearance was disappointing. Not what we'd expected from Wyndham hotels.

The website had it was 10 dollars a day for parking, before I even received a key I had to pay 19.95 for parking in their lot. The room was really hot, but turning on the air conditioner was really loud, we were unable to sleep. Not to mention the fire alarm or something kept beeping like the batteries were low.

Hotel is in an excellent spot.Lot of eateries near by.Preferred place to stay.

Medical ********* Users Beware: This hotel is a zero tolerance area for us. They do not permit medicating in the flower form ANYWHERE on the property. This despite ********* having been fully legalized in the state of New York. I did not find this out until after I arrived at the hotel. At the front desk they have placed a placard that lets everyone know this is a '100% no smoking property. On that placard they are clear to say that includes tobacco and ********* products. They go into detail about how vaping is also included in that. *Any trace evidence or potential odor emanating from you or any potential smell of it in your room lands you with a $250 fine from the hotel.* I double checked with the desk staff about this being inclusive of medical ********* users. He said yes. I also asked for further clarification on what grounds for this extra charge would be, and he would not provide it. What this felt like to me was discrimination, misinformation, and the potential for a quick cash grab and an extra $250 for the hotel. I walked out of the reservation because as a traveler in pain from the journey, I needed to medicate. I did not need the extra charge, discrimination, or trouble. Great location

除了離公園近這一點好處，剩下的都太一般了，設施非常的陳舊，也不隔音，不過這個景區的酒店貌似都差不多，沒有特別好的。
