Sheraton is in our hearts forever. Initially we planned to stay here for 6 nights and then move to Cam Rahn. But we didn’t like the second hotel at all so we decided to come back to Sheraton. Totally, we stayed here for 12 nights. The staff, the service - everything was amazing! The breakfast was varied, we liked everything. Thank you so much for the anniversary set ＜3 Some things to be improved: - sometimes there was lack of towels at the pool. - sound isolation in the room could be improved (the window/balcony side) We will definitely come back in the future ＜3

The hotel building is considered old and the car park area is limited at the B3 level and required to climb the stairs from B3 to B2 to get to the lift to go to the lobby level. Room is not very spacious and the room width is tight where the bed to the wall table when putting the table chair will block the way to the balcony. The bed mattress is a bit wear down and mattress spring is slightly curved down. The breakfast spread is international and local Vietnam fares and quite good. The hotel has placed private chairs and shades at the beach for the guest use which is convenient for relaxing on the beach. The location is along the main stretch of the Tran Phu road facing the sandy beach.

Had an excellent stay experience. Room was spacious with great amenities, and bathtub view was amazing. Free water refill. Fitness room had a huge variety of equipment. Private beach area was cozy and the attendant took great care of us with many towel. The swimming pool also provided free sunblocks. Front desk staff was also friendly and accommodating to any requests. However, during check out, I was told I had a room charge for certain items in a restaurant which I did not consume. Spent 10mins at the counter, and the issue was cleared out - turns out the restaurant charged to the wrong room number. Suggest the hotel to have measures to ensure the correct room number is charged. If the front desk staff did not investigate and agree that this was an error, how am I going to prove that I did not consume the items? But nevertheless, great stay experience!

It is a hotel with an excellent location and great service. The staff are very friendly, and both the swimming pool and the food are wonderful. The scenery is also beautiful.
