Very clean and pretty, the staffs are very helpful and professional-very good service

The location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect. Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always. Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay. Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish. Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room….. Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

Location is good and convenient to the beach with a good service

The service is good, their staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is good, near centre of the city and 5 mins to the beautiful beach.

The first room assigned was noisy. Hotel staff quickly changed to a much quieter room. Staff was friendly. The sunrise can be seen from the hotel top.

This hotel is the best choice I made during this trip. Beach is close, beach chair is ready, rooftop pool is nice, breakfast is also good. A bit smaller than other 5 stars but the service level is very high. and price-wise, it is also beat deal.

위치도 좋고, 직원분들도 친절하고, 아기자기한 부티크호텔입니다. 프로모션으로 베네핏 받아 이용하면 가성비가 더 올라가는거 같고, 다른호텔 대비 가격대는 있지만 청결하고 소소하게 마음 써주는게 느껴져 좋았습니다.

酒店地理位置很不錯。就在市中心。服務員很熱情，有贈送免費的機場接送機。很加分。royal suit 的禮遇比其他五星酒店給的都足。每天早餐給你個單獨的點心水果籃。下午茶準備很用心。包括行政禮遇的每晚免費的雞尾酒。

인테리어에 투자는 많이 했으나 고객입장이 아닌 보여주기위한 인테리어였고, 조식도 메뉴의 다양성과 맛의 퀄리티보다는 데코레이션에 신경쓰는것 같았다. 기대를 많이해서인지 조금은 실망스러운 경험이었다.

절대 추천하고 싶지 않다. 클럽 라운지는 덥고 전망도 없고 오션뷰가 아니면 창문도 없고 소음 차단이 안되는게 제일 최악.리셉션도 불친절. 소다 주스 무제한이라고 하지만 메이드가 영어를 못함.인터컨티넨탈에서 2박 후 다른 분위기를 느껴보고 싶어 옮긴 호텔. 체크인해서 들어가자마자 2박 50만원을 버리고 다른 호텔로 갈까 고민하다가 친구와의 여행기분 망치기 싫어서 꾸역꾸역 머물렀다. 예쁘기만 한 무가치한 호텔. 침구도 5성은 절대 아님. 이 호텔 창문을 보면 분명 기겁할것이다. 골목도 막힌 골목이라 돌아서 움직여야한다. 한국 가족들도 많이 오던데 브랜드 호텔을 선택하시길. 도어맨들만 친절함

酒店位置很好,在市中心,行前些就是夜市入口,但夜市無咩行,對面有Spa做, 酒店裝修特別,影相也不錯 早餐較為精緻,但選擇不多 但有非常不開心經歷,我們book了2房,女兒沖涼時,女兒打破了洗頭水樽,因為佢很難按出來, 放洗頭水的架很淺,按洗頭水就掉下爛了,洗頭水只是放在架上 酒店收取了300k越南幣,感覺暴利

너무너무 깨끗하고 저녁마다 간식도 주고 위치도 좋고 짱 여러모로 너무 좋았던 숙소 나트랑 다시 오면 꼭 방문할거임.
