Nice hotel, good breakfasts. We have a room with a window and a sea view, but the windows are dirty, which is a bit frustrating. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. Quietly. There is a pool on the 16th floor with a great view, but with dirty railings, which slightly spoils the view.

Good Location. Very center of the cty. Truevalue of the money for one or two njghts stsy. Reasonable breakfast menu but limited choice. Having small roof top pool.

The Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly and handled everything smoothly from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-stocked. The location was convenient, making it easy to access tourist spots and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived in Nha Trang at 1 am on the 8th, checked in, and checked out on the 9th. I originally only planned to stay 0.5 nights at Smile Hotel, but I extended it one more day because of the service of the front staff here. If I didn't have a schedule to stay with friends, I would have spent my entire Nha Trang trip here. In particular, LE (the front desk clerk after 10 o'clock) covered the taxi fare with his own money on behalf of me who had no cash because I couldn't find an ATM, and PHUONG (the morning front desk clerk) who even gave me a new room and a fan when I was suffering from rhinitis... Thank you so much. I received special service here that I could not receive even at a 5-star hotel.

Good city stole hotel. Clean rooms, delicious & big breakfasts. Normal bathroom. Kettle with tea & coffee in the room. At reception the can give you clean beach towels every day. The only downside is the absence of balcony in the room.

+It’s a reasonable price and nice staff in reception, empty and fast elevators, includes swimming pool and beach towels. - To get into hotel a bit dirty road with a trash can in front of hotel.

Close to the beach and many nice eateries nearby. Love the rooftop pool but it can get busy. Stayed on the 7th floor and was quiet enough in a busy area.

This hotel is the best budget hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam for price has a roof top pool the place is very clean just wish I could of stayed longer
