It was an amazing stay at Iconique hotel! The room was clean and new. The staffs were definitely super supportive and friendly. The location is accessible and close to the beachfront. I truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality of Iconique hosts!

Advantages: - new beautiful rooms with fresh renovations - great service - the reception and breakfast staff were real professionals. Thank you very much! - there is a nice large smart TV in the room - close to the beach - the opportunity to live on a high floor - sea view from the window - good breakfast - super pool and gym (clean, modern) - birthday wishes at breakfast (thank you very much! It was very nice) Disappointed : - there are no hooks or drying racks in the rooms. (Considering that many people come to Nha Trang for a beach vacation, it is necessary to hang at least a swimsuit and a wet towel to dry. It was difficult without this.) - there were occasional problems with cleaning. - the bathroom in the room has no barriers. All the water drains onto the floor. It is impossible to bathe - it was a real quest every time

I had a fantastic experience at The Iconic Hotel! The property is new, tastefully designed, modern, and impeccably clean, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. The facilities were top-notch, and my room was spacious, stylish, and well-appointed with excellent amenities. I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only improvements I’d suggest is to open the area of the sauna as it was always closed and also to keeping the pool open later than 6 PM.

Great hotel. The view from the windows is gorgeous. The location is great, the staff was very polite and helpful in getting a comfortable room. The breakfasts were also good, I stayed there for ~week and each time the breakfasts were different. The coffee was bad of course, but otherwise 10/10. If I come back to Nha Trang, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Overall, not bad for the price. My first towel I used did smell a little funky but I asked for a new one and it was fine. Buffet wasn’t very appealing, I stayed for 3 nights and mostly just had eggs and toast because most of the food wasn’t hot/fresh, you can tell it’s been sitting for a while. My first cup of coffee was not hot either, room temperature. So I stayed away from all that after. Buffet is 3/5. Overall, if you just looking for a place to sleep and in a good location, this place is good for the price.

Отель очень понравился. Отель новый, чистый, оформлен со вкусом. Номер удобный, комфортный. Обслуживание номеров очень понравилось. Влажная уборка хорошая. Постельное бельё и полотенца новые и очень хорошего качества. Завтраки порадовали. Блюда менялись ежедневно. Овощи, фрукты, выпечка, яйца, омлет, паштеты, салаты, спригроллы, соусы, специи, кофе, чай, соки, десерты, йогурт. В отличае от большинства отелей Таиланда на завтрак всегда на горячее несколько вариантов блюд с мясом и с курицей. Много готовят с говядиной! Отличные завтраки. Всё свежее! Впечатления только хорошие. Рядом с отелем на прилегающих улицах магазины, рестораны и кафе на любой вкус. Такси до центра идёт 10 мин и стоит дёшево. Пляж в 5-7 минутах ходьбы. Чистый ухоженный пляж, не нужно куда-то специально уезжать. Спасибо персоналу за их труд.

Отличный свежий отель с хорошей локацией. Скажу сразу,что вернулись бы в этот отель с удовольствием. Напишу сразу про недочеты Администрации отеля следует рассмотреть возможность улучшения систем хранения в номерах. Нет ни одной полочки,ни одного крючка в ванной комнате. Надо проявить смекалку,чтобы посушить вещи после посещения пляжа. Со стиркой грязных вещей проблем нет-рядом с отелем можно сдать вещи за 25000 донгов/кг и получить их обратно в тот же день. Но в номере,в шкафу нет полок,чтобы сложить вещи стопкой,только отделения с плечиками. Нигде не указано,что сланцы,которые есть в номерах,после носки необходимо сдать вместе с номером. Это странно,так как это средство личной гигиены ,и никто надевать ношеную обувь точно не будет. Необходимо эту информацию размещать в доступном месте для гостей отеля. Слабая звукоизоляция окон,уличный шум слышен очень сильно. Напротив расположен ресторан с караоке,каждую ночь мы слушали песни до 2 часов ночи. У кого плохой сон,обратите на это внимание. В остальном все было отлично,разнообразное меню на завтраки,свежее чистое постельное белье,новые полотенца для пляжа,большие автоматические зонты На пляже в 150 м вправо есть вода ,чтобы помыть ноги от песка. У отеля отличная локация,рядом можно купить все необходимое,в том числе недорогие фрукты,сходить в понравившийся ресторан ,купить необходимые продукты и вещи. Ну и,конечно,рекомендую пользоваться такси,оно здесь дешевое.
