The Garage is locked and off limits to guests however the Laundry Room is available for guest's use and accessed from the Breezeway. Please park cars on the driveway and not the grass which cause ruts.Belle Vue has a newly built floating covered boat house. The area for the boat is 10' wide by 24' long. We have an electrical outlet there to charge batteries, overhead LED lights, and a cleaning table/spray faucet and water hose. Guests need to open the valve at the pier/bulkhead to provide water to the boat dock. There is a ramp from the pier to the boat house and guests need to exercise caution when accessing the boat house due to wind and waves.
