St Bernards

I unfortunately only had 1 night, I would love to have been there longer The room was excellent, the breakfast was cooked fresh so was hot and delicious The location is in town so everything is in walking distance and the owners were so nice if they can help in anyway they will Absolutely the best guesthouse I have stayed at, if you are in Newquay this is the place to stay

We had a great stay here for 4 nights. The guesthouse is in an excellent location to beaches and bars and restaurants. Paul and Chantelle were lovely hosts. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was lovely with plenty choice. There is parking close by at £6 per night which is very reasonable and very convenient. Paul was happy to chat to guests and share his knowledge of the area and beyond. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice guesthouse where the owners are nice, friendly, helpful and obviously care a lot about making guests happy and comfortable with lots of nice touches to improve your stay. Perfect location for everything Newquay has to offer. Very nice clean rooms, lovely breakfast and breakfast room. Also a nice lounge to use with treats. I'd love to stay again.

A really lovely and traditional guest house. Very well run, very clean, excellent breakfast and local to all of Newquay's attractions which are in easy walking distance. If you struggle with stairs, ask for one of the lower rooms. Parking is off site, a 5 minute walk

I stayed at St Bernards Guesthouse on my own for 3 nights and had the most enjoyable stay I have ever had at any other Guesthouse. I arrived at 11 am and was not supposed to check in until 1pm, but the hosts were able to have my room ready by about 12pm and they allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and they had a wealth of information on things to see and do during my time in Newquay. The accommodation was beautiful, spotless and my room was lovely and cosy, as was the bed. Breakfast was amazing and such a wonderful choice of food and drinks. I did not want to go home. I would definitely stay there again and I would like to thank the hosts for my wonderful stay.

Great location, comfortable and clean. We stopped while walking the SW Path. Great service and quite frankly we had just spent three days in a 5Start resort hotel in Padstow and the breakfast at St Benards was way better. While I was checking out, two elderly ladies arrived, at 9AM, obviously way too early for check in. Instead of barking at the them as most hoteliers might, they were offered tea and a waiting area. How nice is that.
