Booked this to be close to Lusty Glaze Beach as we had a wedding to attend. Very clean and modern room with a fantastic breakfast of your choice. Short walk into town and to the better northern beaches Newquay has to offer. Hosts are very welcoming and love to engage in conversation which is really nice, makes you feel at home!

Wonderful hosts, lovely comfortable quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Newquay. Visit Lusty Glaze beach five minutes walk away, best beach in the area. Nice bar and live music in the evening at the beach

Absolutely amazing little place. Agnes and Ghani keep a lovely and clean guesthouse and we felt so welcome. Travelled over 7 hours and Agnes was extremely helpful when we arrived, showing us where to go around Newquay and what activities are available. Cozy rooms, lovely breakfast, friendly owners. Would 100% recommend and we will be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Just returned from an amazing visit at skyline, hosts Agnes and Ghani were so knowledgable about area and gave us some great tips and were so welcoming. Guesthouse was close to town and beaches and rooms were immaculate with an amazing breakfast. Highly recommended and would stay again if visiting Newquay

We have just returned from visiting Agnes & Ghani’s little gem of a B&B for the fourth year running. When we booked our first ever trip here we never thought we would be booking again year after year. The B&B itself is great accommodation, with free onsite parking, beautiful decor and a very good location. The rooms are spacious, with all the necessities you would need such as tea, coffee, fresh milk, chilled water and toiletries. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are always very clean. We stay as a family and usually take room 5 which comes with a single bed as well as the double. The breakfast choices are great with cooked breakfast, fruit and cereals and the food is freshly cooked every morning by the owner, there is always plenty to fill you up for your day! Agnes & Ghani themselves are so welcoming, knowledgeable of the local area and the best beaches/locations to visit. Nothing is too much trouble and we absolutely love coming here year after year. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at Skyline, Agnes and Ghani were the perfect hosts, super attentive and friendly. Room was lovely, clean and nice and cool in the sun. Got everything you need and more including a snall fridge. Free parking is a bonus and a lovely walk into Newquay or the bus stops right outside. Breakfast was again perfect. Will be definitely be back when visiting Newquay next.
