This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Balboa Island front unit is in an unbeatable location with a quiet harbor water front view. Perfect for family gatherings and relaxing on the water. Enjoy comfortable outdoor dining with a large patio table, multiple chairs, and BBQ on the East Bayfront. Stepping inside this newly remodeled home, guests will find all of the amenities that a newly upgraded home has to offer.
