Clean and comfortable, friendly informative staff and an excellent location for Newcastle airport.

The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

房間不是很新，有一張大床和沙發床 重點是房間沒有空調，衹有電風扇，水龍頭水流也很小 早飯是歐陸早飯和cooked breakfast二選一，我選了前者，結果衹有麪包麥片和水果，熱食全都沒有，第一次聽説歐陸早餐這些都沒有的，差評！！ 而且一個這種檔次的酒店1000人民幣一晚，還不如住對面的希爾頓，同樣的價格品質能高出不少

很好！剛進去的時候下雨走的是餐廳，超級貼心的幫我和行李送到了前台，前台小姐姐也很平易近人，剛去很多聽不懂，卡也不能用，特別貼心的指導。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，離機場幾分鐘距離，附近就是地鐵站很不戳！

Stayed night before our flight staff were very nice and had time for the kids. The room was nice and well made shower was good in the morning before our flight Food was competitively priced with nice breakfast. Only five minutes walk to the airport.

I have stayed here on many occasions and am pleased to report that cleanliness and service are maintained at a high standard considering how many 'one night' people pass though the hotel. It is also a quiet hotel despite being so close to the terminal which is a 5 minute easy walk away. Parking is available for residents at £9.00 per night. I would definitely use this hotel again when passing through the airport.

Not the nicest place ,it was our room mainly ,a very strong stale smell coming from the bathroom ( plughole I think ) so disappointed! Wouldn't go back Needs a revamp !

Worst ever sleep in a hotel - booked an overnight stay for an early flight. Everything started off well with a great meal in the restaurant. We went to sleep early and woke about 1.30 absolutely boiling - the room was 26 degrees. We tried opening the window which is totally restricted so a waste of time. We found a fan in the room but it was broken and only pointed down to the floor. When we checked out the receptionist was totally dismissive and couldn’t have cared less saying the room didn’t have air con or a vent, just a heater. Oh and a broken fan. Definitely not recommended in the summer

We stayed the night before a flight at Newcastle airport. Excellent value for money. We had two family rooms. Rooms very comfortable and plenty of room . Staff very friendly. Ate in restaurant which was also good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely stay, very clean and food was delicious! Lovely young lady checked us in we have been many times last year but first time seeing her and she is just always smiling and extremely helpful. There was another lady on the desk however didn’t look as happy to say the least. Anytime the young lady was speaking she was getting cut off or interrupted by her colleague trying to intervene. The young lady gave us all the information we needed so wasn’t necessary or maybe let her do her job then tell her later not in front of guests because we do notice these things. Lovely lady in the Resturant as well smiling with perfect service. Overall our stay was lovely and perfect for an early morning flight!

Very comfortable stay with clean & well equipped room. Perfect for overnight before early flight the next morning. Good food in bar area for evening meal & good value too.

Great hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Complimentary Wi-Fi which worked well. Nice bathroom products. Plenty of coffee and tea for room. Exceptional breakfast. We use Prem Inn often, this breakfast is up with two other perfect breakfasts we’ve had in Beverley and Keswick. Many thanks, freshly cooked and delicious!

Looking very run down from outside, could do with a lick of paint and the windows cleaning inside and out. They now charge £15 for early check in, even if you arrive only an hour earlier and even though our room was ready. The bar area is looking very run down with damaged/stained chairs and filthy ceilings (and I'm gutted the big settees are no more for a nice relaxing drink. - but I get it, the more tables and chairs the more money.). We actually walked over to the Double Tree and had drinks in their bar, 1000% better. No complaints about our room or the service. But maybe I'll book in at Double Tree next time.
