The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

很好！剛進去的時候下雨走的是餐廳，超級貼心的幫我和行李送到了前台，前台小姐姐也很平易近人，剛去很多聽不懂，卡也不能用，特別貼心的指導。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，離機場幾分鐘距離，附近就是地鐵站很不戳！

Attended the premier Inn today on a work trip. We had a fantastic experience thanks to Louise who was working in the restaurant. She was very accommodating and friendly with myself and all of my other colleagues. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable and convenient for an early morning flight. I have stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. Good value for money. Cheerful and attentive staff at the reception. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Great night's sleep before my flight.

My room was so warm, cosy, quiet, had a bath & shower Can't fault anything. I like Premier Inn as you get exactly what they advertise. No fuss a couple of mins to check in and out, I would say I was in my room within 5-10 mins of walking into the reception and lift to my room. I did not eat in the restaurant, I only needed a bed for an early night as I had a very early flight.

Arrived at hotel fine, all seemed well until we got into the room and realised it hadn't been cleaned, were moved to another floor. Dinner. Am gluten intolerant, no dedicated menu, rather a ringbinder to com through. Delays in service of 50 minutes, nobody bothering to let us know delay or check in with us, portions small, food not particularly warm and appeared to have just been thrown on the plate. At no point did anyone check how we were, update us on what was happening or apologise for the delay. Would never have expected such an awful experience from a chain priding itself on a good night's sleep. We were partially refunded and the breakfast food and service were excellent, but neither really mitigated such a terrible experience ahead of our flight out of the airport.

Location perfect. Meal deal very disappointing. The room was came up to the satisfaction standard.The staff were lovely. The location was ideal and so close to the airport. We did not use the carpark however looked great which is good news as we would use it in the future.

The only good thing about our stay was the lovely lady on reception when we checked in. Our experience in the restaurant was terrible and food was absolutely atrocious!! If you’re staying here make sure you get something to eat else where before you stay. Our ‘meal’ looked like something a 13 year old boy who doesn’t know how to cook through together and it took almost 40minuets for the pleasure.. a total waste of money, we couldn’t eat it, safe to say went to bed very hungry after a busy day of rushing around, travelling and packing.
