we had an amazing stay , good service from the moment we checked in! room was really clean. Bit disappointing that the lady at reception in the evening was more busy with FaceTiming than the guests . But overall we enjoyed it !

Pleasantly surprised when I booked in. Very modern, very clean. Location was just a 5 min walk from the main station but off the main road so nice and quiet. Room was lovely and had a good nights sleep. Kitchenette was perfect, although I only made a couple of cups of teas! Reception staff all very professional and welcoming.

The apartment was very nice and also bigger than we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. They also allowed us to take our dog at the last minute as we were let down. It cos £20. It was close to where we were going to see the concert (a 4 minute walk) The only problem was I paid trip in advance , and Roomzzz charged me again, which I had to ring and find out what was going on. They have said the money will be back in the account in a few days, so let's see

Friendly staff, cozy room, near Newcastle train station, tasty complimentary croissants and coffee in the morning. Recommend!!

Lovely clean hotel

Great location, only 4 minutes walk from the train station. The room is large and well-equipped, and the windows are large to see the scenery. The only downside is that the mattress is hard for me and the sheets are not very neat. Also there are no tissues provided in the room. For the price, I think it's great value for money and have nothing to complain about.

100%recommend staying here, great location and great customer service, the studios are perfect for a night or even for longer stays.

比較新的一個公寓，沒有抽紙可惜，但是價格物超所值，屬於情侶出遊的一個比較好的選擇，沒啥可説的毛病，還乾淨

賓館位於在火車站附近，鬧中取靜，但離開商業區並不遠，步行十幾分鍾，可以達到主要的景點，特別驚喜的出門左面一路台階下走，可以到達泰恩河邊，景色很美。房間比想象中要大，有灶台可以自己做些什麼，衞生間有地暖真是出人意料，總之是一次不錯的體驗。

Terrible. 我衹能用着一個詞形容。一進房間撲面而來的福爾馬林消毒水的味道，衞生狀況極差，床上有未知毛髮，衞生間的馬桶上有尿液，一看就是一點都沒擦，沙發上還有上個人吃剩的餅乾碎。公用的洗衣機巨臟，都包漿了。當晚找前台反饋説要找經理才能解決，第二天九點經理慢悠悠的來上班，一聽我們反饋問題十分不耐煩。我們交代了情況，她一直在questioning我們，説there must not be urine。她也沒在現場啊？？一直翻個白眼。我嚴重懷疑經理是種族歧視者。我都準備報警了，還好攜程客服小姐姐很好，幫忙解決了問題，感謝。當地人説這個酒店的聲譽著名的差，大家掃雷，千萬千萬別定。氣的忘了拍照已經出來了

公寓飯店真的好棒...冷氣暖氣都有！不過暖氣不能開太高溫，大概開個24就可以，不然浴室地板會燒起來，想得到的廚房用具應有盡有，就是刀有點太鈍，非常不好切，冰箱很大還有冷凍庫超讚，住過這麼多間，這應該是我第一個會想，還有下次的話很高機率會再來住～
