Rooms are a bit smaller than expected, but nice and cosy. There are tissues on the floor inside the room upon arrival. Shower water pressure is low and drainage is not very quick. Otherwise, very good location, close to city, beach and light rail. The room rate is not value for money.

Excellent customer service, great hotel

Room was on level 1. Noise from teenagers during the night. Bell sounds every hour. Great location but not good service.

Beautiful location. The bar on 9th was worth the effort. Great staff. Dinner was disappointing considering the cost, but the views were amazing. Rooms are really well thought out - but despite paying for upgrade the room was nice but outlook was a carpark 😔 nice to spoil ourselves but won’t go back.

First time at a Crystalbrook hotel. It was a pleasant experience. Rooms are really spacious with nice modern decor/retro design touches. Bed was ok, pretty firm. Room entry is a bit of a wasted space around closet area, probably could have been better utilised. Bathroom was well equipped, probably could have been bigger based on wasted entry area. The hotel has a rather sombre vibe so a bit vanilla in that respect. Restaurant not open Sunday eves so couldn't try. Bar on top level has pretty good views but a bit disjointed between nice bar and seating area in a seperate room. Didn't get a buzzy feeling there. Location was ok, bit out of central CBD but close enough to Darby St eateries so had my Sunday dinner there. Opposite Civic Park and close to waterfront. Loved the "no plastic bottle" and refillable water stations for an eco friendly experience.

nice hotel Lovely night

我們選了灣景大床房，風景其實沒有想象的好，很雜，但房間內還可以。最近聖誕來住的人還是蠻多的，應該算Newcastle最好的酒店了吧，挺乾淨的，晚上還算安靜

酒店地理位置還不錯，旁邊就是city hall，酒店門口停車不太方便，，房間整體還是不錯的，浴室和廁所是分開使用的。

酒店很棒 又續住了一晚 而且最主要的是地理位置很好 火車站 輕軌站 海灘離得都很近 周邊商場餐廳都有很多 房間不錯 非常乾淨 而且面積很大

酒店設施比較新，但是服務質量卻非常不行。 我們提前定的房間，再沒有提前告知的情況下卻給安排了一個殘疾人房間，和前台反映了想換房的想法，前台在沒有查系統的情況下就直接一口咬定滿房，且沒有多餘的房間。但是在攜程，booking等所有預訂網站上都顯示還有4-5間房。隨後和前台對質，他説網站更新沒跟上。且態度很強硬，説房間都是提前排的，沒法調。前台男領班對白人態度熱情，但是對於我們卻是另一副面孔。我們把不滿意的態度反饋給了他，他就説可以給一點早餐折扣。我們直接拒絕了，因為這真的不是幾塊錢的事。 來Newcastle 也好多次了，自己以前也是在知名星級酒店上班，説實話這個酒店的服務，非常不專業，讓人心寒。 btw，殘疾人房的馬桶還有一點點殘留的排泄物沒有清潔乾淨。

據説是當地最好的酒店 感覺一般吧 房間小了些

房間裏衞生間有一股積累已久的尿騷味，不是一個五星級酒店應該有的問題。早上維護人員不管室內有沒有人直接破門而入造成睡夢中驚擾，這樣的管理和執行層面基本配不上這個級別。

就在city 附近吃得很多很方便 距離紐卡大學步行2分鐘 酒店沒有自己的健身房 需要步行10分鐘的樣子去外面的一個公共Gym 但那個健身房器械超全 愛健身的推薦定這裏

房間不錯，就是酒店前台給的層數太低了，希望能改進
