位置很棒，酒店沒有自己的停車場，但是對面就是大購物中心的地下車場，24小時12英鎊，很方便。酒店的服務員都很友好，廚房的師傅也很棒，食材很新鮮，我們都回酒店點餐。下回再來還住這裏😀

地理位置優越，門口就是公交車，裏麪食物很符合英倫風，住宿內部環境不錯，總之是一次不錯的體驗

Excellent room, plenty of space, great value for money and great location. Public car park 1 minute down the road and fantastic park next door. Has a restaurant on site so no need to leave but plenty of restaurants and bars. Couple of stains on walls but otherwise good state of room.

Loved the service in the thyme restaurant in-house premier inn . The staff (Amma and Sophie ) were amazing all week and the chef (Carlos) WELL he just goes above and beyond! He visited our table every evening checking if everything was ok, very attentive and friendly all round. I stay in hotels week in week out with work and have to say this has been one of the more pleasurable, relaxing stays if had in a long time . Thankyou guys 👍

The room was lovely and spacious but the stars of our stay were the staff in the hit. Sophie and Amma were lovely and welcoming, they helped us settle in and made our little boy feel very welcome. They even went out of their way to get him veggie sausages. The chef Carlos was so lovely and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

I have mixed feelings about my stay, let’s start with the positive, Sophie and Amma where fantastic, from checking in to bar service, both where friendly and always had a smile. Now for the really bad, I stayed Tuesday-Thursday, woke up with a red rash Wednesday , by Thursday when I got home, had to go to A&E as I had lumps all over my back and legs, turns out to be bed bug bites, I have call the hotel and the DM was meant to call back and still waiting on a call 2 days later, hopefully I get a call back soon

All members of staff were friendly and helpful! A special thank you to Carlos who made sure that people were having a good breakfast experience and felt comfortable. Hotel is lucky to have such great members in their team. Location was very good and central.

A massive thank you to SOPHIE. For taking care of us at the hotel. it was a delight and made all the more better by Sophie who made us feel so welcome and. made sure the room was perfect for us. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate her kindness, friendliness and above all Professionalism. The rest of the staff were also really brilliant too. Thank you.
