Premier Inn Newbury Town Centre (London Road)

位置很棒，酒店沒有自己的停車場，但是對面就是大購物中心的地下車場，24小時12英鎊，很方便。酒店的服務員都很友好，廚房的師傅也很棒，食材很新鮮，我們都回酒店點餐。下回再來還住這裏😀

地理位置優越，門口就是公交車，裏麪食物很符合英倫風，住宿內部環境不錯，總之是一次不錯的體驗

When it comes to choosing a hotel, I usually stick to well-known high-end brands like Hilton. However, during my recent trip, I decided to try something different, and to my surprise, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Location & Convenience Nestled off the beaten path, this hotel is ideally located near shopping centers and a variety of restaurants, making it a convenient choice for travelers looking for both leisure and dining options. Check-in & Customer Service Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and courteous staff. The check-in process was smooth, and they made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Room & Amenities My room was clean, well-maintained, and included a delicious breakfast. One issue I initially faced was that the air conditioning wasn't working. However, after notifying the receptionist, they were able to control the settings remotely, resolving the problem quickly. The hotel also offers a great lounge area with a spacious layout, perfect for dining or getting some work done on a laptop. Their restaurant serves quality meals, making it convenient for guests who prefer dining in. Safety & Security As a solo traveler, safety is a top priority for me, and I appreciated the extra security measures in place. One feature that stood out was the key-card access required to enter the elevator area, ensuring only guests could access certain parts of the hotel. Final Thoughts Despite my initial skepticism, this hotel provided a great experience. The combination of excellent service, a clean and secure environment, and convenient amenities made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Room was the usual Premier Inn standard but going for breakfast, I was met with a surprise. The restaurant hosts a buffet style breakfast where you help yourself to a good selection of food. I went up to the hot food counter and asked for 2 poached eggs and was told they weren’t doing them this morning because the pan was broken!!! I could not believe what I was hearing! Surely they have another pan to poach eggs in?? Really disappointed at this point. Breakfast is a real treat when staying away from home, so I felt compelled to make this review.

Great location next to the station for meeting friends from out of town. Dinner was excellent, exceeded our expectations. We had the steaks with all the trimmings good quality and well cooked. Shout out to Jane who was really lovely! Made our evening!

I understand it’s a hotel but when I spoke to the manager he frankly didn’t care that a young woman was eating whilst dressed only in socks and a dressing gown. It is not appropriate in a dining area. Please ask people to put on some clothes for my sake and theirs!
