The Keadeen Hotel

Spent the night in Keadeen Hotel for a family occasion. Not our first visit, we have been many times. Staff were excellent as always, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you all. The hotel has a lovely warm comfortable feel. We had a small private room for our family meal. Feedback from all dinner guests was very positive, food was enjoyable. Again, excellent staff they really make the experience. We stayed over night and breakfast was excellent. Very very good selection, nice setting in the Bayleaf restaurant. Hotel is extremely family friendly. I really wanted to rate the hotel as excellent however there was a small let down. The hotel has recently been bought by new owners, and I believe they are updating bedrooms, however our bedroom overall felt a little tired. Especially the bathroom. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. We have stayed previously and didn’t have this experience. Again, new owners seem to be making changes so perhaps new rooms will be better. I do hope they keep the personal touches that have always been seen in Keadeen. Overall an excellent stay and occasion.

We were celebrating my mum's birthday and we were served by Leanne she was so friendly and bubbly and had a wealth of experience and knowledge she gave us great suggestions on the best food and drinks and made my mom birthday really special thank you so much Leanne we will definitely be back 😊

We stayed here in November it was a nice clean hotel. All staff were friendly however the bar staff went above and behind for us by giving us a complementary baby bowl and milk for our baby, and helping us with anything we needed. In the morning we went to the pool it was clean with a lifeguard on duty at all times which was nice to see. The WiFi isnt the best it would only work in the lobby, the minute we got to the room(which was on the ground floor) it would stop completely so not ideal if you don’t have data, but that’s only a small thing. Overall the hotel was good value for money with good quailty food and its only a 7 minute drive to Kildare shopping center.

This is one of my happy places You are made welcome as soon as you arrive It’s a busy hotel at times with all sorts of functions but you are still important to all staff Breakfast is top class and there’s something for everyone and the ladies will certainly look after you to ensure you have what you like Dinner in the evening is again the best with all staff keen to ensure you get the best treatment the food is very good but if I’m honest the steak is a bit tough at times but everything else is the very best maybe living in Scotland I’m spoilt when comes to Steaks etc I really am trying hard to find some thing to moan about no this place is just great and again it doesn’t matter how busy the place is you still get looked after The Hotel is a nice hotel with a lovely lounge area ,a fitness centre with pool and always lovely gardens too I always have a nice room with spotless bathroom and great shower ,tea and coffee and a biscuit too the ladies who do the rooms work extremely to ensure you have a great stay Oh! Just thought about a moan the WiFi is not the best but then it’s free lots of hotels charge for top of the range Wi Fi If you want to tour the area there’s the Curragh Race Course just a few minutes away along with The Irish Stud which is a great place to visit One day I will bring my wife with me and go to Silverware place As said at the beginning this one of my Very Happy Places

Staff very helpful. Great breakfast and dinner. However despite check in being 3pm we didn't get into our room until 4:15pm. Rooms were suppose to be deluxe but a lot of items missing such as dressing gowns and toiletries. Radiator was broken so couldn't turn heat on. Heated towel rack also broken. Leisure centre needs a revamp. Pool was dirty and cold. Jacuzzi was cold. Leisure centre was closed at 5:30pm so having only gotten into rooms after 4.

We went to our friend’s wedding and stayed the night. What an amazing hotel.. from start to finish. Staff were very professional and always at hand. Very courteous kind and hardworking, makes your experience that more enjoyable. Food was amazing from main meals, breakfast and coffees. I would highly recommend. Great to see such high standard at an amazing hotel ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
