Despite the good location, the rest is terrible. In 5 days the room was never cleaned, there are no elevators and cockroaches were walking on the bathroom sink. At the end of the stay they charged me to store my bags while I waited for my flight, and they have no shame. It's incredible...

From the reviews, I knew this place had no elevator but I was not expecting 7 flights of steep stairs barely wide enough to carry our luggage. There were hairs all in our bedding. The pillowcases weren’t even big enough for the pillows which were yellowed. There was no shower curtain so when you took a shower the entire bathroom got wet. We could not get the fan to turn on with the heat/ac unit and it was stifling. We stayed the end of December and had to have the windows open in our room because it was so hot. Would not recommend, even for a short trip.

it was okay since i know how this hotel looks like. I had little hope that i can stay lower floor, but they gave me 5th floor. this is the same floor I've stayed before. Literally they do not have elevator, you have to use stairs to get your room. Quite good location, but you would not want to go back to your hotel even you forgot something/ or want to take some rest during the spare time, because you have to go up to your room using stairs which is feels like 90 degree. and the floor was not quite clear, so i had to keep use the slipper to not get dirty of my foot. i was okay cause I was looking for the cheap room but my friend said, if i were you, i would pay more and stay other hotel even this hotel is cheaper. First up the hotel entrance carpet were not only the dirtiest but were torn apart from so many places. The room size make you claustrophobic and yes there was no elevator in were got a room on fourth floor and had to climb the stairs to get to the room. We ask to see the room first and the receptionist declined as BIG NO. After seeing the room we wanted to cancel and contacted Trip.com and Trip.com came back saying hotel is not accepting the cancellation so trip.com cam not do anything about it. We had no choice but to stay there and had to urge them to give us room on the lower floor as my wife could not climb the stairs. They gave us room on second floor. Room floor vinyl tiles were uneven and broken of some places. we had to take extra precaution walking in the room. Room TV was not working - Receptionist after complaining told us we will get someone tomorrow to fix it and that tomorrow never came. electrical Outlet in the bathroom was not working and had to dry hair in the room and guess what there was no mirror in the room. Apart from location there was nothing right about that place. We paid about $800.00 for two nights. I think someone should not stay there for even free until and unless no choice like me. We stayed out late in the night and came to room 2 - 2.30 in the morning. They did not even change the towels - when asked they said we did not do it because I did not request it.
