it was nice but the shampoo conditioner and soap in the shower were all empty when i got there and had to ask for more . The shower leaked unfortunately. But The service was nice . Everyone was nice . it’s definitely a hotel catered to Men ‘m. I say that because The lighting if horrible in the whole room . no good lighting to get ready for women to do their makeup. Rven the large windows had tent so that was hard . nice hotel but i won’t stay again.

The location is so convenient and only requires 5 mins walk to the subway. The room is clean.

The hotel is very clean and has very friendly and professional customer service. Great location! Walking distance to the Pier, Brooklyn bridge and One Word Trade Center. The room was a bit small for 4 people, but I would come back anyway.

The bar was excellent, the room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. My only semi complaint is that the fitness center was very small.

Nice place. Deep south Manhattan. About 5 minute walk from Staten Island ferry but very far removed from any other big event unless you want to hop on a train. Enough room for a bed, two bodies and not much else. Has window but just a view of the building next to it. Room was able to stay cool, it let's you set your own temperature for about 2 hours then it resets to default which is a little toasty, especially in hotter weather. Elevator is the fastest elevator I've ever riden in. Maybe 4 or 5 seconds to get from bottom to top if you get a straight shot. Biggest problem is the TV and it's services. You need to scan a QR code to use your phone as a remote and only when you're connected to the hotel wifi and it's very finicky. It also tells you that you can use chrome cast or airplay by scanning another qr code and just using a streaming service off your phone. This does not work. And I had to talk to 3 service people to figure out it just would not work. All of them were as helpful as they could be, just didn't know what was going on. Then I got lucky and caught someone who knew and they said it's an upgrade in the entire hotel chain system, not even that specific hotel. So until they finish it on their end then update that hotel casting to the TV isn't possible and isn't stated anywhere that it's broken. And no time frame when it will ever be back. So your only option using the TV is cable TV with your phone as the remote.

The hotel allowed us to check in early, and was accommodating to a late check out due to heavy rain. Best first experience in New York. Thank you!

Very clean, with nice amenities. You get a discount on a parking garage around the corner. Would definitely recommend it.
