So cozy and beautiful view from the room! The staff were the kindest people ever. They were warm and supportive especially because I was here to record some original music in soho, and they took an interest in what I do and they were so kind. 1000/10 recommend staying here!

While I did not stay at the hotel, my daughter and her three friends did and were told upon arrival that the two queen bed standard room booked was changed to a one bedroom. They had no choice at that late date to accept the hotel’s error - four young adult girls sharing one bedroom - shame on the hotel management for their unprofessional handling of the situation!

The hotel staff was absolutely lovely! They were incredibly helpful in everything we needed, even when we checked out, they let us keep our bags at the hotel while we continued enjoying the city (we had a late flight). The room was clean and just what we needed. The price was super reasonable and the location is superb! Overall, our experience here was lovely and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, they made our stay that much more special! Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location near multiple subway stations. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Very relaxing experience after a stressful start to my day. Thankful this hotel had such helpful employees. Devonte, the gentleman working the front desk during the majority of my stay was very helpful and I appreciate him making an effort to make sure I had a comfortable stay .

I am not sure who would give this hotel anything less than 5 stars. While it’s not The Ritz, it’s exactly as they describe. You will get a clean comfy room. (4 pillows per bed!) great air conditioning and great water pressure in shower. Possibly best water pressure I have experienced in a hotel in years. Yes room is small but so are almost all hotel rooms under $1000 in New York. I’ve definitely stayed at smaller rooms that were more expensive. If your goal is to entertain in your room, this may not be the place but if you want to enjoy Little Italy, soho, noho, the village, etc this is a great spot. I’d definitely go back next time in area. If someone does not think this is a great value, then they do not travel much. Or maybe just had an anomaly of a bad experience.

Location of the hotel is great with short walk to two different subway stations, Chinatown and Little Italy. The hotel itself is very tired and not very well kept. The room we checked in was filthy with dust threads hanging around the beds and hear on the shower curtain. Water temperature in the bathroom was not really adjustable and we ended up for uncomfortably warm water for brushing teeth and uncomfortably cold showers. All in all, definitely doesn’t worth the price.
