Hotel’s location is great as the subway is around the corner and it’s within walking distance to Times Square

Good location for time square area

It was a great stay. We received 2 chocolate chip cookies as a welcome gift. The location was great as it is a 10mins walk to Times Square as well as the subway

Great hotel in the middle of time square. Good access to transits. I love the warm cookies at double tree but this location has cold cookies.

Decent experience, location was nice. However, the water system was disappointing as water was constantly cloudy even after complaining. Rooms were very small as well, which is although understandable since it’s manhattan. Staffs were friendly though, which was nice.

Honestly, room was smaller than expected. The only good point about this room is the location as it’s 5-10 minutes away from Time Square. For its price honestly i feel is a pricey. Just know you’re only paying for the location and not the room.

The room is nothing like the hotel photos. It was dark as there are only the bedsides lights and small light in the entrance. The bedside lights are of different color. There is no drinking water, no fridge in the room. The elevators are wore out and have holes on the wall?! It is a very busy hotel but the front desk has usually one person when I was here. Always need to wait.

Perfect location. Room sizes much smaller than expected. Nice roof top bar. Breakfast okay. Nice staff.

The location is a bit of a walk from Times Square and when walking back at night, I was aggressively approached by a black male who was yelling “do not walk here” and he lunged towards me causing me to jump back. The room was relatively clean with basic amenities provided. Housekeeping is only done after 4pm for my room but might differ for others. Early check in is available at a cost (cannot remember whether it’s USD100-150) when I called to enquire ahead of my stay. Not an issue as I could leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning and check in at 3pm.

Decent hotel and compact rooms. No kettle to boil some hot water for tea. Hotel staff asked us to use the coffee machine to boil water instead but it is no good as the water carries the coffee smell. Lobby not big and packed with stored luggages. Very central location & close to Times Square. Got lots of restaurants nearby.

I think the hotel and the place was fair for the value.
