Hotel would charge you luggage storage fee even you are a guess there. Very bad service.

For the price, i think the location is fabulous to explore into Manhattan. It is a good value hotel, so for the price we paid, and given that this is NYC, i think it is a very good choice for a hotel. Multiple subway lines to walk to from the hotel. Metro Deli 2 blocks away is the place to get some really nice sandwiches.

Overall the hotel was nice. Aesthetically the lobby, market area and courtyard were amazing & nicely designed. Would been nice if we were able to get a double bed but they were sold out. Also room service was a little slow on bringing items to the room that we requested. Overall the stay was great and location was superb for our needs. I’d definitely stay there again!

The corridor wasn't clean, the carpet had plenty of stains. Room was small, and nothing really special. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel

Convenient access to multiple subway lines, just a short journey into Manhattan. Very comfortable beds!

Do not stay here. Pay the extra ten dollars and stay at the Hilton Hotel in Lower Manhattan. I have more respect for the cleaning staff than I do for the people they have hired to work the frontline staff. The room was clean and comfortable though.

We traveled as a group for one night in three rooms. We were there for a concert in Brooklyn. The location is great in downtown. There are parking lots next to the hotel. The hotel was great in every aspect for a 4 star hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed and in a good location. Close to subway and Brooklyn downtown. I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come back.
