We checked out at 9:30am and only one staff was at the front desk to check someone in. We waited for 10 mins before anyone could help us even after I told a bellman that we were in a hurry and would need to check out asap. He went to find a front desk staff and came back said they were in a meeting. We finally just dropped our key and rushed to the airport without being able to talk to anyone and to know what to expect with the bill. We were kind of expecting a bit better service than this.

This is a beautiful hotel with good view of the city. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

床品很舒服。房間感覺蠻大的。浴室有淋浴和泡澡兩個選擇比較方便。整個房間的色調是比較淡雅的。前台的Marisa 很友善，讓我感覺賓至如歸，在陌生的城市能遇到友好的人交流是很温暖的事情，謝謝她！

酒店位置特別好，逛商場逛街都很方便，離中國城、華爾街都很近。四季這種老牌酒店，服務和環境自然是沒話説的

在市中心，位置非常好。紐約如同地球村，包容性非常強，不同文化不同膚色都聚集在一起。繼續加油，服務很好。….

超級贊，看見我們帶了小孩給我們換了一個兩張床的房間。很乾凈，房間大小合適，前台和服務生態度都非常好。很完美，沒有什麼挑剔的地方。之前因為付款的方式鬧了一點不愉快，但是攜程解決的也特別好。 游泳池也很舒服～

服務非常差，入住時要先説找不到預訂，讓等了半個多小時，告訴説不知道什麼時候才能搞清楚，找不到我的預訂，而且不知道什麼時候能找到，衹是看電腦，我説請值班經理來解決，我不能不知道時間的一直等，結果值班經理來了就找到了，我預訂時要求高樓層，安靜房間，給了我一個最低樓層，預付款直接刷的是付款，也不給賬單，説停車費衹能發郵箱，現在已經離店馬上就第5天了，沒發賬單沒退錢
