Very friendly and helpful staff. If you don’t mind a walk up, this Inn has both a great location and a nice outdoor garden lounge area. Short walk to The High Line Park. Coffee/ tea bar available part of the day. Small indoor lounge at outdoor lounge entrance.

If you truly want to experience New York City, stay at Chelsea Pines. It’s a five story brick walk up with old New York charm, great amenities and a cool vibe. We stayed in the deluxe apartment, which is approximately 1200 ft.² includes a full kitchen, living room, dining area, private outdoor garden and enough sleeping space for five and to top it off a big bathroom. It was very spacious and serene and a wonderful peaceful retreat after a full day of shopping. Bed was great and we slept very well. Neighborhood was quiet and we didn’t hear any noise at night. There’s so much to do and see in this area of New York City, including Chelsea Piers, the High line, Chelsea market, the Whitney, the museum of illusion and city winery. You’re also close to the West Village, which is another must see. No visit to New York is complete without seeing this area.

Everything about our stay in this hotel was excellent. The location on 14th street and being close to the subway made travelling around the city easy. The room was very clean and well maintained, the added advantage of the kitchen and garden made it home from home. But the real gem it has to offer is the staff, each and every one of them were manerly and so helpful. A special call out to Jenelle, what a wonderful ambassador to have to meet guests as they arrive, we will be back.

Chelsea pines inn is disgusting. Rooms smell of pesticide. I challenge anyone to find a clean sheet. Bed bugs are rampant. Beautiful area, horrible place to spend your money. But if you love mice, feel welcome.. Warning all tourists to find better.

Since the first second everything was perfect… Jonathan was so welcoming ! This hotel has no negative point. My room was very clean, the bed so comfy that I sleep much better than at home, all the staff was very kind, the location perfect, the backyard so cozy.

We loved the location and the casual New York atmosphere of this hotel. The subway was conveniently just at the corner of the block. We walked to the Little Island and High Line park. The staff was very helpful and I appreciate the attention they paid to our requests. The rooms are neat and stylish. The beds and linens could be improved but we were happy with the deal we got for our stay.

Your staff is truly amazing. Jonathan is top-notch. He went out of his way to help us with a variety of things. Same with Donnie these two are gentlemen . They were fun and professional they helped with our luggage. They helped us stay an extra day. I need a Band-Aid. I need a coffee you can say that we were very needy, but all of our needs were taken care of. Chelsea Pines Inn is in an excellent neighborhood . We were able to stay on the first floor because we knew there were steps and no elevator. I don’t like other reviewers are shocked by this. It is written everywhere that there is no elevator and there’s five flights not the faultof Chelsea Pines Inn. I also must say the two ladies that work there were such a delight and very helpful. I’m sorry I cannot remember their names during this review. We had excellent air-conditioning. The room is spotless. Housekeeping is A + . Thanks to everyone at the staff. We really appreciate you and we will see you again for the holiday season.

Great hotel in a great area! Small but very cozy room with a very comfortable bed. The view was the garden in the back where you can sit and relax. Very close to the Chelsea market too where you can walk around and eat a lot of good food. Already planning to come back here next time we’re in New York.

It is a good hotel for the money it cost ☺️ Great location and lovely area. It had everything i needed free wifi, aircondition, private bathroom, blow dryer and towels. It was nice sitting in the patio and enjoy the sun. The staff were polite and helpful.

Great Stay at the Chelsea Pines Inn! The atmosphere is familiar, great staff und the room was very clean! Just a few meters to the subway and to the High Line. Great location in the Meatpacking District. I will choose the Chelsea Pines Inn again and can recommend it!

Fantastic location in New York. Very easy to walk around to a lot of nice places and feel the vibe of NY. The room was not big but clean and comfortable. There is a small common area and garden for everyone to use. The staff was helpful. Good value for money. We will go again.

This was our second time staying at the Chelsea Pines Inn and we loved it!! Their location cannot be beat— it's right in the very hip meatpacking district and just a half a block from the subway. Plenty of restaurants, bars, delis, pharmacies, shopping, parks and nightclubs steps from their door. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, the place was incredibly clean throughout, they're pet friendly (hard to find!) and have a pretty backyard for lounging. Sure the rooms are small but how much time are you really staying in your hotel room when visiting the city anyway! I absolutely recommend this hotel!

I’ve stayed here a few times now and keep coming back because of the location, affordability, and friendly staff. Everything you need is on 14th St, from pharmacies to clothes and the ACE train a few steps away. Also close to the Highline, and West Village. Rooms are basic but quiet enough and comfortable. Good air conditioning and cute little garden patio for morning coffee. Staff is super helpful and friendly!

Clean and spacious enough ( Room 105 ). The staff was so nice all the time. TV with Netflix options all ready installed. WiFi worked fast. AC worked fine. I like the way the bathroom is built, toilet and shower had their own separate space. I do recommend.
