Loved my stay at Paramount Hotel. Steps from Times Square but still peaceful. Room was small but clean and comfy. The vibe is very NYC—modern with vintage charm. Staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. Perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of everything!

Great service by all the staff and super helpful. Only issue was problems with the lifts…. So ended up using the stairs. Top location too.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was nice, clean, and a great size for two people. While it was a bit noisy on the sixth floor, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding this booking I made through your platform for a stay at the Paramount Hotel, New York. At the time of booking, there were no clearly disclosed additional charges mentioned. It was only shortly before my departure — upon reviewing my booking — that I noticed unexpected fees applied by the hotel. I contacted Trip.com immediately, hoping for clarification, but unfortunately, your team was unable to explain why these charges were not made transparent at the point of booking. I was simply informed that the charges had been presented during the booking process. Regrettably, I did not take a screenshot of the booking page to prove otherwise. Given the proximity to my travel date and not wanting to face the inconvenience of finding another hotel at short notice, I had no choice but to proceed with the reservation and absorb the additional charges — which I had not budgeted for. This experience was disappointing and stressful. The lack of pricing transparency is both misleading and unfair to customers, especially when traveling to a different country. It caused unnecessary anxiety and could have been easily avoided with clearer communication at the point of booking. I urge Trip.com to review how hotel fees and additional charges are displayed, and to ensure that customers are fully informed before confirming their reservations. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the actual stay at the Paramount Hotel was pleasant. The hotel is well-located — just a few steps away from Times Square and Broadway theatres. The New York City subway system is very accessible from the property and is a far better option than taxis or e-hailing services due to heavy traffic. While the hotel is an older property and the elevators can be slow during peak times, it offers charm and convenience. There’s a great pizza spot next door, and live music in the lobby bar on some nights adds a nice touch. I hope Trip.com will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure a more transparent and customer-friendly experience in the future.

Great front desk service! Our booked double bed room for 3paxs was unavailable due to system error and was given 2 rooms for replacement. A King and a Queen room instead. Rooms are well cleaned. Good locations! Except the lifts was broken down and we need to wait more than 30min, only 2 lifts is working only. Luggage storage is not free. We need to pay luggage storage after we check-out at USD3 per baggage for check-out customer and USD2 per baggage for check-in customer.

The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed staying there during the time we were in New York.

Stunning hotel. I just got a single room for myself and it was plenty big enough for me! Great location can’t beat it. Welcoming and helpful staff with a lovely café on the bottom level. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit the city!

Location is very good, heart of the city , easy to access. Broadway thearter just next door. Reception was so cheerful and warm welcome. Room is under expectation, not the city view as Trips.com posted but at the wall of next bld. FAUCET IS LOOSED and unable to use. We call tge reception asking for solution, the engineer came but unable to fix but he said someone will call. In the morning we went down for follow up, the reception said will send the notice to respect person. Until we check out, no one come and we bath cold water for the night and morning. The elevator is cery classic and slow, taking long time to taking up and down Pay more few ten dollars, you will get the opposite hotel. Marriotte Marquise

Perfect location….clean rooms. Kinda small and a little outdated. But service was amazing, entertainment onsite was amazing and the vibe was one of a kind. Would definitely be back.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and location is very convenient to Times Square.

The price on trip does not include extra “amenities “ which the hotel will charge you if you are unlucky enough to have to stay here. Such amenities are WiFi and water which is only available on the 4th floor. The location is near Times Square but full of drug ******* and violent crime- the police had to prevent 2 fights in the first hour I went for a walk around the block.

There were ants and small roaches in the bathroom.. the card didnt work for my room. The nightstand lights were not working properly It was okay as it was for a night
