Hotel Indigo - Flushing, an IHG Hotel anmeldelser

The hotel is very clean and has a great location. We ordered a standard king size bed room. But when we got there，king bed room ran out and the front desk lady helped us upgrade our room to a suite. What a big surprise！ Staffs are very nice and helpful here.

The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking. They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants. Nice view at night. I will book again if I’m in the area. :)

Staff at counter is friendly and helpful. The hotel has complimentary coach to LaGuardia airport. The room is spacious and the facilities and utilities are very good. The hotel is located in Flushing, close to subway and Chinese restaurants. There are many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, convenient for Chinese tourists to stay. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will definitely consider to choose this hotel again.

Its a budget hotel but given the prices of hotels in nyc at the moment , i didn't have much choice at this price level. No one came to clean our room the first night. Well soneone knocked and we said we will leave in 5 mins and come back much later, and room ended up not cleaned. I booked this hotel thinking of indigo brand in bali, hk, and bangkok. It is not. The front desk staff were super friendly though.

there are lots of chinese restaurants nearby, it's close to the subway as well. highly recommended!!

The room isn't soundproof, noises from other rooms, like doors closing, can be heard very clearly, and it can wake you up while sleeping. The bed was extremely soft, and the next day I woke up with back and waist pain all over. Parking is difficult at the hotel, and valet parking is slow. It took twenty minutes to get my car, which was very inconvenient.

Great hotel and the location is accessible. You can get food around the hotel. The hotel is close to the metro station.

Very disappointed. The sheets were not clean. The toilet had issues. The service is mediocre. I was optimistic that it would be a good stay. Needs lots of improvement. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as of right now.

China Town doesn't have good breakfast spots. But, the French restaurant was good! The hotel staff were superb! The room was great!

The parking was rather expensive. I did not expect to pay for the parking if I stayed in the hotel. Other was fine.
