Helt ærligt, det er billigt for time square, værelset er rummeligt sammenlignet med de fleste. Forældede møbler og nussede farver. 1980'er design. Bør opdateres! Morgenmaden var en mængde af bags... køb ikke morgenmaden!

The hotel is at Times Aquare, but the hotel is not good. Very bad rooms and cleanliness, would Not reccomedn. Even the bathrooms don’t have body wash

Very convenient hotel, very near Times Square, but interior in the room is almost 50 years old.

The room looked old and dated. The curtains were old and plastic. There were no cups in the bathroom to use. The tiles had cracks in the bathroom. The bathtub had an old brown stain mark by the drain. The carpet was old and looked dirty. There was no air conditioning in the room.

The hotel is older and definitely needs some renovations. Staff was less than pleasant most of the time. The lobby smelled like my grandma’s perfume but the location was perfect and easy access to Times Square and the subway. The heater in our room kept making the room 84 degrees no matter what you set it to so we just left it off 90% of the time. The nicest person was on our last day and helped us load up our suitcases in our uber.

To be honest worth services if you expact good service and cleen washroom don’t get this hotel.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in all my travels . The hotel can do better . The staff was quite professional . The water wasn’t hot the first two days

The location is great! But the amenities sucks! Be very vigilant about your credit card monitor always your emails and msgs from the bank! My cc was used unauthorized by this establishment not just once but twice!

Very good location. The hotel is old, but it’s clean and nice. Any chance visiting NY, I will choose this hotel again

The hotel's breakfast is a piece of bread, a fruit, and a drink for each person, all handed out in a queue. For the first time, I feel like a refugee. This is New York, and it's simply speechless. The room doesn't even have a microwave. If you want to heat something, you have to make a reservation, and then a staff member arrives twenty minutes later carrying a microwave. Even third-world countries aren't this shabby.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It’s very easy to get around by walking or hopping on the metro. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but the hotel itself is in need of renovations (as other reviews have stated). If the hotel were to make those renovations I would stay again.

Raquel the receptionist was very nice and let me upgrade to a lovely room for free.
