Great hotel in a convenient location! The staff was friendly and helpful. Be mindful of the $40 tourist charge per day when you stay. The only downside was our neighbour who decided to smoke in the room and loudly watch TV at 2 am but a member of staff sorted it out quickly! We’ll be back next time we are visiting NY!

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent. Even discovering the $30 destination fee after arrival was acceptable. Also, the valet parking attendant was very considerate.

Right at the corner of UN buildings. NY city tax was a surprise. 35 dollars per day but giving you back as same amount of credit money to spend at the coffee shop. Nice view and good location, but a few blocks away from Metro stations.

messed up my room put me in the wrong room for 2 nights and didnt refund me everything the manager gave my room to one of his buddies and put me in a horrible room i didnt pay for horrible reason "we overbooked"

The hotel is perfect but as it’s take money of rooms without Amenities it’s expensive. Anywhere it’s good 👍

Nice location - in Manhattan situated at the second Avenue/street - u can walk about 15 minutes to the Times Square! Also from your hotel, u will have the view of the Atlantic sea - no joke! Rooms are magnificent but no swimming facility 😆

The location is ok, but there’s no subway stations nearby, so you need to go to Central Terminal Station as the closes place to take it. Or walk, which is in general OK, unless it’s raining, 😁. The room is fantastic, but the general conditions of the hotel let you know that it’s an old one. Also, I was charged extra in the hotel, what I was not made aware of. They give you back part of it as a “credit” to spend in THEIR cafe, which is OK, but I rather spend the money somewhere else, specially because I booked the room without breakfast because I don’t eat too much in the morning and, therefore, it’s a waste of money to pay for it at hotels in a city like NY.

Location is perfect there are plenty of scenic spots for visiting nearby

Overall the location was good, room quality was clean . Not necessarily happy with the "destination charge" which is a hotel specific charge (to use per day and not cumulative) to use on cafe/restaurants - but they are not always open! No laundry service.

Price was very reasonable for this area, everything was clean and tidy, however they didn’t even come with free bottle of water, toothbrush and etc. Also the attitude of some staffs were not that polite, but some staffs were very nice.
