Wrong information about shuttle bus and size of bed. We have to call them and they said that trip.com put the wrong information. It seems it still there when we extended our stay in this hotel.

Hotel room is big, clean and nice! Concierge was helpful in providing information. Hotel is located in new taipei district, though a distance from city centre, it is still easily accessible by public transport. the nearest train line has direct train to the airport as well.

Quiet and clean location and nearby 2 trains station to city. A shopping mall nearby and few parks around.

The location was great for me. This new Taipei area is less noisy. Close to a big mall. Five minutes walk. I was on the 25th floor, which was great view. I love the floor to ceiling window.

Great location in New Taipei, close to a Shopping mall. Pet friendly, great breakfast. Rooms are quite modern, bed are very comfortable!

Nice hotel but a bit far from metro station, not much shopping spot nearby

Very new and comfy room. We stayed in a king room with a sofa bed, which is perfect for family with kids. Room is spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfy.
