We booked a room with no windows for 5 days, my husband and I weren’t feeling too well so I requested to change to a room with window view. The staff gave us the larger room with handicapped facilities. Simple breakfast meals were also available.

Location is not very good, need to walk 15 mins to nearest subway. Staff is not smiling, always black face like over work or underpaid.

Highly recommended ... friendly staff and room is spacious ... and the amazing part is there is a jacuzzi in the toilet... MTR is nearby ... and there is a snack corner on level 2 ...

The room is spacious and air-conditioning is very powerful. The self-service dining area is excellent. However, the location is not close to the prosperous area of Taipei and the MRT is a bit slow, it will take some time to get back to the hotel.

Outstanding! Seemed to be heavily discounted when I booked, as it was the 2nd cheapest hotel in the area, but it was fantastic. Practicality first - only a few minutes from an MRT station. The facilities are amazing. I didn't try the actual spa area, but discovered the room had a bath as well as a shower, the shower had multiple shower head options and also doubled as a steam room. Perfect after a long run to have a private steam room, then a hot bath and finally a cool shower. Love it. The bed was massive, there was also a couch and a writing desk. Definitely the best hotel I've found in Taipei, especially at this price! Room was pretty quiet too, although as with many places the fridge was a bit noisy so I unplugged it. Also, there was a 24 hour self-service restaurant area, with cereals, breads and croissants. During the day, the cereals were replaced with crisps and at night (maybe after 10pm) there was a choice of instant noodles and a fancy cooker. Also all day there was free tea/fresh ground coffee/water/hot chocolate and also sodas on tap, along with packaged sweets and nibbles. The area was very nice and I spent a while relaxing here with a hot chocolate on the way back every day. Definitely would stay here again.

WiFi occasionally stopped working at night that affected my and remote work streaming experience. And the equipment inside bathtub seemed to be not fully functional. (The sign said the tub had Massaging function but turned out it was replaced with another new tub, so the massage function was the old one)

Spacious room, got jacuzzi tub and shower/steam room. Bonus at floor level 2, unlimited hot & cold drinks, pastries, snacks available at certain times in the day have instant noodles.

Toilet was a little nasty, toilet flush wasn’t working properly, bidet was faulty, shower head holder was loose and the top part was not even screwed in, would fall off when taking shower, would be dangerous with kids. Got bitten by a flying bug in the room.

Very satisfied with the service. Elderly and teenagers had an enjoyable stay at the hotel.

The location is a bit far, but it's closer to the metro. The staff is very nice and polite. The room is big, and the toilet is huge with a Jacuzzi.

The room is clean and spacious . The staff is so nice and helpful. The whole stay is relax and enjoyable. Location: close to mrt station. Not along the busy route so have to wait longer for the train.

It was a great experience. The room is clean and spatious. The location is also good. Staff are friendly and the highlight of our stay is their FREE snacks and drinks 24/7! Best hotel in taiwan👍
