Resort was much smaller than expected. This resort did not meet our expectations of other Exploria Resorts we have stayed at. The pool was very small and the resort did not clean surrounding pool area every night. If it wasn't that we were on the beach- we would have turned around and came home.

Unit has well appointed kitchen with any thing you would require for any meal prep project. Literally steps away from the beach plus their ow pool. Unit was very clean and many restaurants very close

We had the best time at New Smyrna Beach and the accommodations at New Smyrna Waves were very much a part of the reason for this. Rooms were clean and updated. Beach and ocean were practically outside our door. Parking was never an issue. We will definitely go back to New Smyrna Waves!

Place was nice but I met a friend for our annual visit. Parking for a second car is no longer available so finding a place to park overnight was scary.

Our party thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at Sea Villas. The accommodations were comfortable.. The beach was great and not crowded. The area restaurants had excellent food. The shrimp and grits at Crabbys was the best.

Everything about our place was excellent. It was truly a home away from home with everything we needed and all the space we could want. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with nice cool air conditioning and a full kitchen and living area. Immaculately clean and very attentive staff. The location is amazing with access to both the pool and the ocean just outside your door. New Smyrna Beach itself is also a great “small town” and has that feel. It also has all the amenities and restaurants you need close by. Would 100% stay here again.

We have come down for many years in a row and this piece of property to us is a slice of heaven on the ocean. We look forward to this time every year down here. When you can’t find a better staff to spoil you during your stay. We call it a little piece of paradise on the ocean.

This was the perfect place for my family and myself to stay. Right on the beach, nice swimming pool, clean accommodations and smooth check-in/check-out.
