A fabulous stay to take in the beautiful surroundings of Fitzroy. The camp facilities were impeccable, with immaculate shower/toilet facilities. The kitchen detail and cleanliness were amazing. All the lawns were carefully managed and the grounds were spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially when we changed our site to take advantage of the sea views.

Fabulous facilities, modern and clean. Grass sites. Next to coastal walkway, close to town. Friendly and helpful staff. Beach was just across the path, so to see sunsets was excellent viewing. Bike all the way to town or the port along coastal walkway which is a credit to the town. Well used too.

It was clean and tidy (the cabin I stayed in) and the vibe and atmosphere was inviting and friendly as were the staff, they helped the stay easy and casual... am appreciative of the views and waking up to the sun of the waves rolling onto shore and the weather being spectacular... would recommend going and staying there again..

We stayed in a standard 4-berth cabin with a queen & set of bunk beds, a kitchenette & toilet/shower with a group of families. It's a fantastic location right by the beach and the surf club with a coffee & ice-cream shop! The cabin and other facilities were very clean and modern and the staff very helpful & friendly. It's a short walk to the beach town/shops of Fitzroy and really close to New Plymouth town and other great beaches. We'll definitely be returning.

Very comfortable and clean units. Great location to the beach and considering the camp was quite full it was nice and quiet. The facilities and park are great and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great beach location and close to all that New Plymouth has to offer then this is the place.

We’ve stayed at the Fitzroy Holiday Park many times over the years. It is perfectly situated, close to the beach and the coastal walkway, has excellent facilities, a relaxed atmosphere, great staff, and we are permitted to have our two small dogs (except during the peak holiday periods).

We loved everything about our stay, from the location to the facilities. The coastal walkway is amazing and an easy way to either ride or walk to town or local attractions. It was our second stay and we will definitely be back with family in the near future.

A lovely camping ground, with beautiful sites, our site was amazing with a bush background and sea views . Although the camp was pretty full, we were always able to access a hot shower with no wait. The kitchen facilities were excellent and kept clean

We had a fantastic stay, staff were amazing. Amenities superb and super tidy and clean. WOW what a spot. Good coffee and snacks nearby, beautiful beach and right on the coastal walkway so great for runs and walks. Love that it’s dog friendly as we only stay at dog friendly campsites. I’d highly recommend staying here.
