Beautiful Modern NOLA Condo- Bywater Area. Off Street Gated & Reserved Parking

The place is terrific, very clean, quiet neighborhood (though some passing trains during the night) and host was very responsive and accommodating. One of the best stays I’ve had in a VRBO!

Host is very responsive and helpful. I was having issues getting the key from the lock box and decided to call the host but before i could find him # he called me. Im sure he saw my struggle on the camera lol. He walked me through it with no prob. The house is very clean and modern. There is also a great breakfast place right across the street that we enjoyed. Things to know: : we loved the gated parking but if you have more than one car you will need to park it on the crowded street. Also, know there are 2 large staircases in the home. One as soon as you open the door and one from the 2nd floor to the 3rd where both bedrooms are.

Great experience. Loved being able to keep my car in a gated area without having to leave it on the street. Didn’t have to question my safety around the house. The house was very clean and homey. The host was very kind and called in to check on us and make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. This was our first experience in the New Orleans area and would definitely come back and stay at this residence again. We were welcomed with a little welcome basket, recommendations and everything we needed to know 10/10 review for this host.

You desperately need to change out the shower heads they could be calcified ( clogged) as there is NO water pressure.It could possibly be WATER RESTRICTORS INSIDE THE shower heads. Because nothing is wrong with the water pressure in New Orleans. .). Please tend to this issue, which would make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you JoAnn & Jeremiah W

Modern Memorable Condo Overall our stay was amazing . We were in NOLA for a family reunion celebration. We loved the condo it was beautifully decorated , extremely clean and the property manager instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The welcome basket was a nice touch which also included a list of near by restaurants and things to do. We will definitely stay here again .
