Sandals South Coast All Inclusive - Couples Only

We thought this was a 5* property. The price you pay far exceeds the service, food, drinks, experiences you receive. This is our first time to a Sandals and sadly it will our last. The resort itself is a 3 star and I was hoping with great food and service it would be upgraded to a 4 or even 5 star. Sadly that was not the case. The food was average at best. Sometimes even not even edible. There is little to no fresh fruits and or local cuisine. The service is 1* as we didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly…it felt like they were just going through the motions and sometimes downright rude. The drinks were horrible as well … the bartenders had no idea what they were doing nor did they even care. I felt like I had to beg for a drink and getting anything top shelf was nearly impossible. We were told Tito’s is an up charge. Lol. Tito’s. . I honestly feel like all the other reviews are fake or they have never been to a quality all inclusive resort. After 4 nights of sleepless nights due to the thumping we heard until 1 am each night we requested a quieter room. At first we were told no they couldn’t move us and we decided to leave the next day. Magically they were able to accommodate the move and we decided to stay however the stay really didn’t get much better. The beach is really not swimmable as there is sea grass so we just hung by the pool each day to hear the same play list and crappy service each day. Save your money …go to another all inclusive where they actually want your business. You have been warned. Here are some pics of the stained carpet, the outdated room, the “premium” liquor.

Best anniversary celebration ever!! We had such a fun time at "Sexy" Sandals South Coast!! The rooms were GORGEOUS and clean, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the pools. Three great pools, wonderful restaurants, and great entertainment!! Our favorites were Diavo and Jahmon, who kept us laughing all week long l!! The over the water bar was a blast.....and the beach was very nice and clean. Can't wait to go back sometime soon!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at this resort for our 15th anniversary. We stayed in a roundoval located in "Smurf Village" and the "room" (think private villa) far exceeded a typical hotel room. It was extremely private and made you feel at home instead of a typical hotel room. Our butlers Tevar (Papa Smurf) and Kevin (Grandpa Smurf) were AMAZING!!! They made sure we had everything we needed and even anticipated things we hadn't yet thought of asking for or needed. They truly made our trip unforgettable! We spent most of days on the beach by Latitudes bar. This spot had the best beach swimming area in my opinion and the drinks were amazing! Our butlers reserved us a set of chairs and umbrella each day and ensured we had lunch and drinks throughout the day. If we weren't here we were back at our private plunge pool and Smurf Village pool that runs along all the Roundovals. We did not venture to the main pool simply because we wanted a more private intimate setting. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed just walking the property looking at all the beautiful landscape and design. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everywhere you walked someone greeted you with a warm hello! If you want to truly experience a week of luxury and relaxation then this is the place for you!
