very bad experience, very old room . I asked for quiet room and got 104 which is near to reception and could hear every one talking and walking in the corridor. paid 5000 INR and no refund till now I would not refer this place to anyone. supposed to be a child free as well and not the case. very disappointed for it to be on trip.com

This is my worst experience staying in this place at hotel Aira. Room is not clean especially the restrooms. Its not at ll as it looks like displayed as in pictures online. Employees are not friendly and always seeking money. No Hot water and lift is not working. Wifi is too slow. Its not worth paying morethan Rs 3000 for one night at this place.

They told me to cancel the booking in order to reschedule. After i cancelled they didnt refund me and didnt issue a refund. Avoid at all cost.

All I can say: A major disappointment with very little you can do because it was an non refundable transaction. I ended up leaving early. Room was not given the one booked! Didn’t know how this could have happened! One bedsheet was not clean with someone else’s hair etc left on it, and duvet was not prepared and not available for one bed. Shower room water drainage didn’t work properly, a pool of water remained on floor after a person using it,which made it highly inconvenient, while dirt and other stuff floating around . Overall not a pleasant stay at all. If someone is charging for this kind of service I think there’s a whole lot of improvement needed, and maintenance of the room and shower drainage are the very basics. Among all these, nonetheless the host was friendly, and did try to offer some kind of help upon requests. Food is surprisingly good.
