I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent stay at The Park Hotel. Despite the establishment’s five-star rating, my experience fell significantly short of expectations.
Upon arrival with my family, we encountered our first issue: a delayed check-in. Although our reservation confirmed a 2 PM check-in time, we were only able to access our rooms at 5 PM. This three-hour delay was not only inconvenient but also set a negative tone for our stay.
Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was unsatisfactory. The furniture was notably worn and damaged, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your supposed caliber. Additionally, I observed front office staff struggling to manage their duties under pressure. At one point, there were arguments between staff members in view of guests, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for those witnessing it.
Given these experiences, I regret to say that I cannot recommend The Park Hotel to others seeking a pleasant and stress-free trip. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the quality of service for future guests.
