Doesn’t meet the standards of 5 star hotel, WC flush button was broken, TV units was very small and with limited channel option, Washroom tiles were faded and dusty.  AC unit was bit noisy and the floor was without carpet seems to be very unaesthatic.

the room are very clean and the services are very nice. will book again

Near airport but hard to call taxi

1. Food was delicious 2. Served very well 3. Well behaved. 4. Dinner launch was very good. 5. Mr. Rahul had also very polite and handled the whole stuff very well. 6. I am fond of ice cream and they served me a venilla ice cream bowl which I was enjoyed really. Overall dinner presentation was so charmed.

I am writing this to let you know that I am really happy and touched by the service provided by the staff of sarovar. Staff is so humble and empathetic when it comes to customer satisfaction. There are rules and regulations but when it comes to food, Staff always takes extra effort to provide whatever best they can do!!! Specially F&B staff Name Rinkuu, He is too good when it comes to serving customers & their satisfaction. Once I asked for gajar ka halwa and it was not there in buffet but he went extra mile and he gave me gajar ka halwa which made my day! I love the way he said “ Madam, hamare liye Guest ka satisfaction aur unki khushi hi bohat hai” I really love the service and hospitality of sarovar Portico. Do hire this kind of staff and you will get bundle of appreciation. Way to go sarovar portico

the place is nice and decent. however, i find the location quite far from the city center. the room needs a bit of upgrading. but, overall, great service. breakfast is amazing and we were really satisfied with the service. staff are accomodating. thanks rakesh, rinku and brijnath.

The game pool area was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable lounge chairs and attentive service. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was especially delightful.Spical thanks to Rinku give to us excellent service provide in bqt hall ..and good supporting staff. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk Mr Amit and team who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff."

The hotel is very good! Cooperative staff, good reception and amazing ambience. The food was delicious! The chef's Shivraj & Gurpreet prepared many delicacies. Rakesh served food keeping care for us and our child. We enjoyed our stay! Thank You!!
