Red Crown Hotel Near IGI Airport

1. Firstly, this property was booked primarily looking at Family room which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. However, the family rooms are only on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor with no elevator/lift. So for everything you need to get down to go out etc, you need to walk down or climb up. This was a bad experience for me as I had both senior citizen and infants. 2. ⁠When asked to server bfast in the room, the hotel obliged. However, served “Aalu paratha without Pickle”. When asked for pickle, the answer I received was pickle is over. 3. ⁠Like I said, I had infants and I needed to use their kitchen to prepare baby food. The response I received that only 1 time in a day they can allow the use of kitchen. So will the baby be empty stomach for 1 meal in the day. I am not sure if they even understand the pain families go through. At the cost I paid; i definitely deserved better service. I would not recommend this hotel to any person with Family.

It's a Good and clean hygiene hotel. The location of the hotel is also Comfortable. they are polite as well as their service is good.

The hotel was okay. The room was average but not properly clean. The bedsheets and blanket were stained and the bathroom was not very clean. The staff was good. The location was very good because it was on the main highway and we did not have to go anywhere in the streets of mahipalpur. The room looked fine at first but it was just barely average.

Not good, it's bad experience, there is no lift, no room on ground floor, all rooms are on second and third floor,

One of the best stay, at a very affordable price. It staff at the hotel are also warm welcoming and happy to help at anytime you ask them. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Food is also good.
