1. Firstly, this property was booked primarily looking at Family room which has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. However, the family rooms are only on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor with no elevator/lift. So for everything you need to get down to go out etc, you need to walk down or climb up. This was a bad experience for me as I had both senior citizen and infants.
2. When asked to server bfast in the room, the hotel obliged. However, served “Aalu paratha without Pickle”. When asked for pickle, the answer I received was pickle is over.
3. Like I said, I had infants and I needed to use their kitchen to prepare baby food. The response I received that only 1 time in a day they can allow the use of kitchen. So will the baby be empty stomach for 1 meal in the day. I am not sure if they even understand the pain families go through. At the cost I paid; i definitely deserved better service. I would not recommend this hotel to any person with Family.
