Rooms are very clean Staff is very good food is also very good Parking space is available and it is very close to metro station

The staff were very welcoming on our First day in India. Desk clerk Ansari helped us enjoy the Women's World Cup cricket finals on the hotel lobby screen. The hotel gave us a great start to our adventures.

Bloom was a very comfortable and safe hotel stay. The entire staff was very helpful, service is fast and Ms. Lakshmi at the reception was very cooperative and helpful with all the queries and check out process. The food is good and the room was clean with good amenities. They had also provided a complementary ladies kit. They had a chatbot service for all needs - WiFi, iron, room service etc., which is responded quickly and efficiently. Lift can be updated as it is a bit difficult to use, other than that, the ambience of the hotel is warm and nice and I also found the neighbourhood to be good, with the famous Nirula’s at a walkable distance.
