This hotel is a good option in Delhi with clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, and genuinely kind staff. The only thing to know in advance is that it’s located right inside the bazaar, so getting there means walking through a busy street full of vendors and crowds. But once you reach the hotel, it feels calm, comfortable, and well maintained

The hotel is situated on the rather bustling, historic Main Bazaar street; however, the windows and entrance face a quiet side alley, so street noise is not an issue. The reception staff are friendly. Room cleaning rates a 3 or 4 out of 5: there were several spots in the room that appeared somewhat grimy, and the sink drain was poor. We wore slippers inside the room (our own—the hotel does not provide them), and the soles became heavily soiled, indicating that the floors are not cleaned thoroughly. The bedside table is slightly damaged—I am not sure how the staff could fail to notice this, as it requires minor repairs. Pros: hot water with good pressure, and bottled drinking water is replenished daily. There is also a station on the floor providing tea, coffee, and sugar. A major downside is the food. We had booked both breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately, out of our five-day stay, we only ate there once—the food is not tailored to foreign tourists, consisting entirely of Indian cuisine. Regrettably, we were also unimpressed with the quality of the food: the chicken soup contained floating bits of skin and had an unpleasant flavor, while the chicken in sauce was cold—even though the sauce itself was hot—suggesting the chicken had simply been added to the sauce at the last minute. The kitchen staff wear proper culinary uniforms, which is a plus; however, the tables in the dining area were somewhat dirty, and there were visible traces of dried residue on the dishes. I would like to make a separate note regarding the room design: the color scheme is a successful choice, though the room is in need of some minor maintenance work. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels, however, are in need of replacement.

The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is vegetarian. The location is perfect, close to the New Delhi station and another metro station. But VERY be careful of transportation scammers, especially at New Delhi station. Really recommend to take the uber directly from the airport to the hotel. Very high risk to be scammed if you take the Tuk Tuk or others from th New Delhi station. The place is surrounded by restaurants and rooftops.

Everything was great. We were checked in quickly! Breakfast was delicious too!

Had 2 nights stay in this hotel. I Booked in advanced deluxe room at the 3d floor (according to the booking). On photos it showed that it have windows and bigger room. But when i arrived to the hotel staff gave me the key from the room at the 1 st floor and said that tbat was a deluxe. I saw that too many guests stayed in the hotek so it srems to mee tbat they had overbooking and gave me a worse room. No any questions about the cleaning but no one suggested me another room

The location locate in dirty and difficult to find. But I would recommend to stay here. As price and cleanness of hotel are find

The stay was pleasant, hotel is located on the side street at Main Bazar so it’s quite enough even with the window. The receptionist let us check out later, thanks!
