The housekeeping staff was incredibly professional and well maintained. The rooms are fresh and neatly organized.rooms little small but I was impressed with all stffs behavior special thanks to bablu and amar .I highly recommend their services....

It was a decent and peaceful stay except for the breakfast buffet. The (room tea) prepared by the chef was exceptional (especially for those who prefer strong elaichi tea). The staff were humble and 100 percent attentive to the customers except for one staff member who was overly eager to chat. Overall 98 percent of the staff were humble and decent. But the breakfast buffet was poor and did not meet the standards mentioned on various websites. When I was checking out, I overheard two ladies complaining about the staff forcefully asking for the discounted laundry. When I say that 98 percent of the staff were attentive, it means I can tell when they are attentive and when they are being casual and silly with their attitudes. Please refrain from forcefully engaging guests in conversation (especially during the night). I had closed my door after taking the water bottles, yet a staff member who was not even in uniform was shouting -good night even after the doors were closed. I do not appreciate someone invading the personal space of the customers. It did not look decent at all. So please take note of this. If you have various discounts on hotel products, I recommend making phone calls to the rooms rather than bothering the guests(especially if the doors are open). The two ladies at checkout mentioned this behavior, which caught my attention. I found it particularly bothersome how a staff member was trying to say good night despite my doors being shut. I don't think that behavior is decent at all. Do you want the reputation of your hotel to decline? So please be mindful of these issues.

Stayed at Zone by Park, New Delhi at the start of our tour holiday. The hotel was basic but comfortable. The rooms could do with a refurbishment and wasn’t the cleanest. The staff were friendly. This hotel lacked some of the basics for starter hotels such as no money change facilities or the ability to break larger notes from an ATM. Breakfast was plentiful if not slightly eclectic, with hot egg options. The restaurant was available in the evenings but not everything was available although I accept we visited in the low season. The dinner prices are on the higher side and other places are available nearby. Overall an average stay and somewhere easy to lay your head for a couple of days if all you need is a bed for the night.

This hotel truly impressed me with its impeccable cleanliness throughout. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay truly special!
